Jimi Hendrix is a Realtor

Jimi was the best choice for me in my home selling experience. I chose the wrong time, market-wise. Jimi jumped right in and got everything lined up for staging, cleaning and painting. She’s got a great personality, easy to work with and fast to respond. She was calm and reassuring, quick to act when we lost a couple of offers through no fault of ours. She got the job done and I’d refer my friends to her without hesitation.

Jimi helped me sell my house. The process was fast and clear. She helped me negotiate, answered all of my questions, and provided invaluable guidance. Her calm demeanor and depth of experience are everything you could hope for in a real estate agent.

Before we met with Jimi the thought of selling our house and buying a new one seemed like a daunting task. Jimi walked us through the whole process in such a calm and confident way that it put us both at ease and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. This was our first time selling a house and we had many questions and concerns about all the details and timing. She assured us everything would work out. And it did! There were bumps along the way (crazy neighbor almost crashing our open house), but Jimi was cool as a cucumber during the whole thing!
We found our perfect house on our first day of viewing, put in an offer, and waited. All seemed good up until the last hour and boom! Last minute offers. The sellers' realtor was out of the country and we feared we would miss out, but Jimi was committed to getting us that house! I'm not sure what magic she worked but she did it! Offer accepted! Multiple conditions and contingencies later from the seller and here we are about to move into our next beautiful house. Jimi went above and beyond for us!

Jimi is the real deal! She was so helpful, responsive, and considerate throughout the whole home buying process. This was our first house and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

Working with Jimi is just fantastic! She made the whole process fun + a breeze as first time home buyers. In particular, I really appreciate how closely she listened to what we wanted in a home. She was able to synthesize all the things we said and land us in the absolute perfect place for our budget, life situation, and aesthetic wants! She's really patient with walking you through every step of the process and answering questions without dismissing your concerns. She has all sorts of great background knowledge on everything from nuances of neighborhoods to looking over flooring. On top of all that she's just a nice person and fun to be around when you're spending a few hours looking at houses. I always heard that buying a house was one of the most stressful things you can do, and Jimi was a huge part of why this process was much easier than I expected.

I can’t say enough good things about Jimi! As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process and knew I’d have lots of questions. Jimi was there to answer all questions big and small. She was also great at helping us feel confident we were making the right choice. And we did! We love our house and working with Jimi, her humor and expertise really got us through:)

We had a complex selling situation that Jimi handled with energy, diligence, solid leadership and sensitivity. I'm not sure how things would have turned out had we not been referred to her! (We were referred by very happy home buyers!) Her communication skills, combined with her deep knowledge of the Portland market, meant she was able to find a buyer faster than we'd hoped and that we understood every step of the journey. And, because she does have a great sense of humor, I'll add that I think it's super cool that Jimi Hendrix sold my house!:)

We discovered Jimi when she sold another house in our neighborhood and boy did me make a good choice! She made the selling process a breeze. She’s personable, knowledgeable and her communication skills are what you want with a real estate agent. We were so happy with the selling process that she also became our buyer’s agent. Once again, she proved to be absolutely excellent! The selling and buying process tend to be each a specialty in their own regard and we were so happy that she was able to provide guidance and expertise on both. On top of all that, she has great 3rd party services that do excellent work. The cleaners and inspector were both great to work with and thorough in every regard.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend Jimi for both buying and selling a home. I will be recommending her to anybody looking to do either in the future!
