Thank you for being open when it was too smokey for people with health conditions to go outside.
We ordered twice last week. Our Food arrived quickly and order was correct.
Completely rude staff. Stoped ordering deliver because they didn’t like how long my name is so they asked me to change my name. Went in in person instead and the young lady was completely incompetent and didn’t understand my order. She then proceeded to mess up my order and then yelled at me for it and all her boy buddies backed her up telling us there is nothing they could do.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Order was messed up, and the manager definitely made it up to my wife and I. We are looking forward to ordering from them in the future.
This store is NOT freaky fresh and there are too many mistakes when getting sandwiches ready for customers. They gave my order to someone else and I waited too long for my sandwich which was handed to someone else. Not very well organized.
I ordered a club lulu no lettuce no tomatoes no mayo add jimny peppers, onions and cuccumber. My sandwich never looked so depressing. Barely any meat and of the veggies I asked for.i dont think I'll ever eat here again. I could have gotten WinCo sandwiches for cheaper and they would have gad more meat and veggies. Worst 15 bucks ive spent.
I was pretty disappointed with my "Cuban" sandwich I ordered here. Seemed way overpriced - $8 for what was delivered. Bread seemed on the hard side and pickles didn't taste fresh. Just a slice of ham, cold kinda-hard/tough bacon, lots of McDonalds style pickles, and mayo and mustard. I was on a road trip otherwise I would have turned around and asked for a refund if I had more time. Service was fast and friendly though.
Order the number 12 got a number 7 through the drive-thru got home saw that it was a ham sandwich i hate ham disgusting. Had to decide to throw away the sandwich or drive 10 miles to get another sandwich which I did manager apologized a few times but I told him I'm just pleased with the time and gas it took to me correct this that's a hint to make it right give a free sandwich at a later date bag of chips something a little special for the time and cost of coming back but no nothing very stingy there they only give that one napkin unless you ask seems like a business on the way out
Customer service is Awesome but the sandwich itself it's not! Bread is to hard to eat. Maybe warming it up.
Phone ordered a platter and two containers of pickles on 4/26/19 and only got half of a container. The menu states that 16 quarters comes in a container. That would be four whole pickles. I'd have to say that someone doesn't remember how to count.
I don't eat bread but my boys, 18 and 13, love this place. These guys always have had great customer service when I pick up sandwiches.
The unwich gargantuan is the best sandwich I have ever had. No need for bread. Every meat. I added extra veggies and boom - da best! Music they play in the restaurant is sort of irritating though. Would appreciate common songs
I used to enjoy my Jimmy John's however their seems to be a change in the Sandwichs, maybe its me but they just dont taste as awesome as before.
My wife LOVES this place. She thinks their sub bread is the bomb. Their sandwiches are very good but I prefer the regular bread.
Delivery is fantastic if you are on their delivery area. In store orders and pickup is mixed experiences.

Fresh ingredients in a fresh meat sandwich.staff is always been friendly. I really like their Italian combo.their pickles are great as well. Can't get a sandwich delivered any faster than these guys.
The food is good, but the workers are always talking with each other so loud. It is hard when you are trying to relax and unwind on your lunch.
I placed an order on the JJ app expecting to be able to enter a promo code or coupon code but I was not given that option. I place my order and called the store I ordered from right away. The phone was answered and I explain the situation. I was then told to hold and that the person I spoke with was going to figure it out. 20 min later, someone picked up the phone (a different person) and greeted me as if I just called. I once again explained the issue and was told that they were going to ask the manager. Once again I sat on the phone for another 10 min waiting. Then, out of the blue, I was greeted again as a new customer. I explained the issue and was told, "its not our fault we are busy. "then was put on the phone with what I think was the manager. She told me there is nothing they can do. I said that I don't care anymore please send the order. Disrespectful, no sense of urgency, and unwilling to help. Great impression on a new customer.
So i went today for the second time. I was shocked of how this so called Manager was questioning his employee about $108.00 that he was supposed to be short. But not only that the girl employee was greeting me and offering me the new kickin' ranch when he just cut her off to charge me without a good evening what so ever and after he charged me he did not give me my food that was in front of him his employee the one he was questioning in my presence about his short in his till had to tell him "can you give her the order she ordered by phone its ready". I am a manager at a fast food and i sure know NOT to question my employees about a short in a till or any other situation about work in front of a customer. That is why there is something called office for. That was very unprofessional and poor work ethics from this so called manager. I really hope this is not what Jimmy Johns want to represent them.
I just payed $9.30 plus tip for the worst sandwich I have ever gotten. And waited 20 min for delivery only a few blocks away from the location in front of Safeway on Lancaster.
I love to eat Jimmy John's, but it seems every time I order sandwiches for delivery they never come the way the wer supposed to be made, just this Jimmy John's, I haven't had a problem with any other one.the employees need to pick up their slack and do their job their getting paid for. It's pretty simple.
