Jimmy John's reviews
18I like the sandwiches from here. I get very frustrated ordering online for pick-up though. My order has been wrong the last 4/5 times. They ask for a tip in the payment area, but they don't get my order correct. I guess if I really want the right sandwich, I can not order ahead online.
The current staff at this location is awesome. It may take a few minutes to get your order, but they get it right and they are friendly to dogs.
Not the Jimmy John's of old but sandwich was good and fast. Miss the sprouts more subway like now.
First time eating there.it was a good sandwich.wish they had more cheese options besides just provolone
Got 2 8" sandwiches on rolls. The #12 was delicious. The #11 didn't have any avocado and should have had it! Rude staff at this location, Bought combos, no bag offered. Small bag handed over on my request. For my first time visiting I was unimpressed by the staff. I will try another location before I write them off completely because the one sandwich was quite good
Sandwiches were fine, but the customer service was terrible! We had this monotone, quiet dude who was the least bit helpful with the menu, couldn't be bothered to say "hello", "goodbye", "thank you" or "have a nice day".
HOW do people like this get hired in CUSTOMER SERVICE if they are too good to talk to customers?
Good sandwiches.but if you order delivery it takes 45-1.5hours to get your order.no idea why when they charge a delivery fee. Hate that they use "freaky fast" as a marketing technique when it's actually the opposite.
The sandwiches from Jimmy John's are quite basic. The only real saving grace is that they are supposed to have fast delivery, I do sometimes choose to trade quality food for a quick meal. Recently though, their delivery times are anything but "Freaky fast. " The last time I ordered food it took an hour and 45 minutes for me to get a sandwich delivered 5 min down the road.
Additionally my previous 3 orders have had missing items. With such a limited selection of sides I would expect more accuracy when it comes to fulfilling orders.
I would advise anyone who wants an average sandwich (at best) to forego the delivery option and opt for the drive through.
The others in my party liked it more than i. No warm bread. No melted cheese. But nice fresh avocadoes we're very redeeming. A bit expensive for sandwich. I prefer the other sandwich place.
Worst sandwich ever.called ahead ordered 2 sandwiches.there differently was aleast 6 staff members working that day which was new years day! Got back to work and when we opened the wrapping we instantly saw and felt that the bottom of the sub bread was so hard.we couldn't bit into it. Your place needs to do more quality control.who would send this out. Never will be back that was $18 down the drain.
I got the party deal.they have like 20 little sandwiches in it. Hardly any meat or cheese.of there was lettuce on it I didn't see any. They reminded me of a elementary school sub. Kind of a joke really. Idk how there regular subs are.
Horrible customer service. I walked in and was the only only person in the lobby. No greeting, no anything. Stood near the cash registers for nearly five minutes while 4 staff did everything they possibly could to avoid eye-contact with me. Again. I was the only person there. I finally went elsewhere.
Jimmy John's, passing through town and nice to know I can get a sandwich that's going to be the same as the ones I like back home
Jimmy John's has some pretty good sandwiches.
We have eaten there several times, and the food quality seems consistent, and the prices are pretty decent. They also have some interesting decorations and culture along with their Jimmy John's brand. Next time you're hungry for a good sandwich, give them a shot!
Delivery was SUPER fast. Thank you Haley for accepting my order 30 minutes before close and thank you to the fast and courteous driver who delivered directly to hotel room. 5/5 will order here again!
I have had some pretty poor experiences with wait times on delivery the last couple times I have ordered. Currently waiting for an order that left the store 45 minutes ago. Besides the lack of being freaky fast, we’ll see if my sandwich is still any good when I get it.
The hours that Jimmy John's on riverside in Medford is open suck. They don't open until 11 am. So I usually end up going to Subway instead.
Dry, bland, blah. I ordered for myself and a friend. Both our sandwiches were BORING. Both were made on dried-out crusty bread, both lacked taste or inspiration and both were only a fraction of the size paid for.well the bread was the size paid for, it was the ingredients that stopped short.about 2 inches of each of our sandwiches had nothing.not even mayo. In summary, we paid for a lot of dry bread.
