Good. Only complaints is the line at times, but owell. Good deals and decent selections. Their clearance items are always really good. Make sure to download coupons. I rarely pay full price for anything.

My son turned 7 today and wanted to go to the fabric store. He had blue balloons with him and all the staff were super friendly and wished him a happy birthday. Made him feel special which is extra important this year since we couldn't have a party. We rarely go anywhere these days so it was wonderful to have such a positive experience.

I had visited JOANNs in a few years. A friend wanted to go there so we took a trip there. The store was clean and well organized. I did a lot of looking but no one on the sales staff asked me if I needed help. I must admit they have a huge selection of fabrics and supplies. I just felt I was having sticker shock when checking their prices.

Two stores. Both out of what I needed. Barcodes on the empty shelf. Price tag on empty shelf: $9.99. Went to Michael's, priced tag on the shelf: $7.99. Four items on the shelf. Saved $6.00 buying at Michael's. Lost $6.00 driving all over lane county. Next time, I start the other way around

The staff at this location are awesome, we shop here often for fabric and household supplies, their sales are fantastic and the staff will always make sure you get the best deal

Came here for the 1st time and appreciated the friendly service and how easy it was to locate things. I also came at a good time while all the sales were going on. Pretty reasonably priced.

Great selection of fabric and an increasing amount of apparel fabric, which is great. Lots of other craft items as well and is usually a one stop shop for basic crafting. The cut counter and checkout can be slow but they seem to move efficiently. Always have had great service at the cut counter as well.

The staff at this location are not very friendly. I asked for help to get black Kona brand fabric from up high, since they were out of it in it's normal spot and the girl acted like it was the end of the world to help me (she was stocking new fabric). I only come to this location if I have to. No one seems happy to be working here.

Always find what we need at a great price with good service! The kids, wife and whole family have a great time, always fond what we need. This is somewhere is definitely visit again and recommend to others. It's really a place the whole family can enjoy!

Sometimes they have exactly what I'm looking for and sometimes they don't. I've been waiting about a year for cake decorating classes, but they never find a teacher. I recommend installing the app so you always get a good coupon.

Staff is needed just to maintain the fabric aisles. Bolts of fabric everywhere.super messy. Haggard employees are nice as they can be, but cannot keep up. Joann could take a lesson from Walmart's fabric department. Walmart's fabric department is limited, but stellar for tidiness.

I was sad to see such a small selection of a scrapbook paper. For sewing this place is the best, for other crafting you might consider somewhere else. Don't forget to download the app for coupons.

They have crafts, gifts, books, and yarns here too. From jewelry making beads and supplies to scrapbooking. From painting to floral arrangements. And the gift items are unique and amazingly priced.

Great store. Friendly staff. Did have to wait for cashier for longer than we should have. There was several in line before a 2nd cashier came. Would have been 5 if it wasn't for the wait.

Good selection of products, good sales. Original prices were a little on the expensibe side, and staff on duty were very not helpful, not accommodating and had very poor customer service skills. I asked for s product recommendation for something to color pine cones with, and employee told me that the store didnt carry anything that could be used to do that. Two minutes on Youtube and I found products that would work beautifully for that purpose, but employee should have known what might work or looked it up for me. Also, after atanding in line for 10+ minutes, the same employee came to help check out, and saw i had fabric in my cart that had not yet been cut, so she was asking that I leave my place in line to cut it, when there were probably 8 people behind me, instead of allowing me to cut it and return to the line or something like that. I declined to buy any of the material and left extremely frustrated. I probably won't return to this store.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Look for specials there are plenty. Also, check out the JoAnn's app. They have coupons that really save you a lot of money!

Staff took extra time to help me figure out a pattern and find the right materials. Staff at the register also helped me save 40%. Very patient and caring people.

Always very busy. Not enough staff. Had to take a number to get bolts down from the upper shelf, which took away from the number of people cutting fabric. Overall, staff very pleasant and helpful. I was impressed with how kind one employee was to a customer who didn't hear her number called. The employee worked her in after the customer she was helping was finished.
