Well stocked with plenty of good deals. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are always happy to help. Don't forget to check their website for coupons!

It's got some great stuff but is very overpriced. You can find the same or very similar selection at Hobby Lobby or Michael's for a fraction of the price.

I Was really disappointed this shopping trip. The prices have considerably gone up. I noticed it's now 40% off marked HIGH up items. It's gone down hill. I sadly will not be going back to JOANN Fabrics and Crafts anytime soon.

Holiday knick knacks, macrame, beads, cricut supplies, knitting needles, ridiculously expensive automated sewing machines, and more cloth than you can shake a stick at. It's as entertaining during COVID as any Netflix movie, and you'll really out with a hobby that doesn't involve sitting in front of a screen of you're open minded enough.

Get out of your house and go.

If my review was based solely on product I would give a 5. However, a couple of the older ladies working in fabric are always so gruff and short lol like chill out Karen it’s just a question.

Sister made an order in bend on 7/23. She still has not received the order. She called them twice about the order. She was told it had been sent, took her address and said they will resend it. She called again today and now they are saying they are giving a refund. Terrible customer service in bend Oregon.

Always have lots of fun seasonal things to choose from however didn't have a very good selection of scrap books.

They have awesome sales.
I make grocery bags and get all my supplies there. I have a husqvarna
embroidery machine andthat is what I used to make the elephant on the front of this bag.

The ladies are rude and are no help what so ever. They act like they are so bothered if you neef help. This has not been my first encounter with employee's of joann's being put out by a customer. Ridiculous!

This place has a variety of great supplies. I always find what I need here, and there is great customer service.

Joann Fabrics and Crafts is awesome! I don't think I've ever paid full price for anything purchased here! I appreciate that it is always clean and organized too; easy to find what I'm looking for! Friendly folks and great prices!

I did all my shopping and got everything I wanted and then discovered my wallet was missing from my purse check out person was kind enough to hold my items until I could go get my cash and come back awesome customer service

Lots of inventory except for Christmas wreath supplies. Organizations are now preparing for upcoming events. Very disappointed.ended up going to competition. Parking is good!
