The store is small and they have a hard time keeping up with stock so there is shortages of items advertised.

Most of the time it's good. There are some employees I have had terrible experience with. Treating customers and colleagues poorly. Not sure why but it's not one bad day like I originally thought.

I love Joanns. The employees are great. I wish in there scrapbook department they had a better varition of products. I notice that section is getting smaller.

Not a great selection of fabrics. I ordered online over the weekend and called them Monday requesting that they hold on to my order a few days so I could get a ride in to get it. I was rudely told “no. ” I guess customer service isn’t their forte.

Joann has everything I would ever need, the only downfall is they are twice as expensive as other places. I tend to only go here when they are running deals or I have coupons.

Definitely great people in there, came in with a kinda weird request but they definitely helped me find exactly the right item!

The staff here is great. They know I'm like a fish out of water when I walk in the store and are always willing to help me out.
Given what things were like in the spring and early summer with the pandemic and the shortages of material they did their best to accommodate everyone's needs.
Take advantage of all the coupons. If you don't have one, the staff will help you find one.
They do need a bigger location if one pop ups in the same shopping center.
Also, would like to see a bigger clearance section once the inventory builds back up.

Every employee asked us if we needed help. Found some craft supplies the wife needed. Glue and stencils for some wood projects for me.

Awesome! They have an excellent selection of fabrics and they're the only place my costume creator son can get materials on a consistent basis. The only place to get EVA foam in town.

These girls are so consistent, it makes my heart happy. Love curbside pickup. Keep up the good work!

The all the girls are so amazing there. Lucinda was so kind to help me with everything I needed. With all that's going on these day. I really appreciate a smiling face. Please be kind to everyone who is working to help us with all are crafting needs. It must not be easy for them.

Great all around fabric store, however limited on leather material. Maybe I had different expectations.

I liked that they have precut fabric in various sizes! It is perfect for someone looking to make a quilt.

People are not that helpful. They only sudjest the most expensive items even when you tell them that you are on a budget

Great place to go for materials for quilting & other hobbies. Great customer service, they are very helpful.

So happy that JoAnns is here in Oregon this store was packed to the hilt with all the crafty things you could imagine.
