Joe's Burgers Bridgeport Village

I won’t give star this place, today I saw the one family ordered something and waiting long time and then got Finally order was wrong and didn’t get refunded because workers are young and unRespectful so Really disappointed this place. I am thinking whole day for this family: (

I've eaten here twice now. Got burger and onion rings both times. My first experience was great. Second experience was not.

Burgers were still fantastic, but the onion rings were burnt. Like really burnt. See photos for proof. I did not edit these photos in any way. The onion rings were truly that black.

I ordered via Uber Eats, so no opportunity for a refund or anything. I've worked in food service for years and would never serve this to a customer. Sad because I ordered from them specifically for the onion rings

This trys really hard to be a semi par burger joint but comes up short. If the food doesn't taste good, walk away. Epic failure. If you want to be a successful business, hire people who care.

They are fast to order even with the longer lines that always seem to be there. If you place an online order, they seem to take care of people in line first. That just led to me having a fresh warm burger. These burgers are some of my favorite!

We have waited nearly 2 hours for our order to be completed. 3 drivers from Uber have been dispatched. The restaurant won't answer their phone. They aren't serving anyone inside because they were shut down for dining indoors. Order is still not completed. With delivery.for now expected at 7: 30pm. 3hrs after we ordered. Spend your money elsewhere. After waiting nearly 3hrs. The 3rd Uber driver went in and asked whats going on? They rudely told the driver they weren't going to fulfill our order. No reason why.: - (

Really good quality for the price! Much better than I expected from a little kiosk and honestly better than I've had from fancier sit down places.
The cajun tots are *chef's kiss*. Onion rings have that perfect balance of breading and crunchiness. We ordered burgers and got too distracted by their tastiness to photograph them. Staff were great.

My husband went into this location and all the employees are young and do not appreciate that they have a job. When someone comes in you don’t look over your shoulder and not ask them if they need help. Food came with no sauce. Female employees acted chatty and didn’t ask him either to help. Very rude!
We eat at the Murray hill because they are awesome and appreciate their jobs. Night and day. Please get new staff at Bridgeport.

Tried for first time in Bridgeport today. After a long wait got my veggie kidney bean patty almost burnt, couldnt eat it.total waste $8.5 dollars for veggie burger.

I like my patties thin with a bunch of flavor and these are those great old time burgers and some with some great new flare. Great joint, I'm excited to take my kids there. Definitely going to be our next family burger joint.

This place has typical diner food. The amount you get is great. The fries need salt. I personally didn't like the grilled onions on my burger, but that was my only complaint with the burger. The onion rings are awesome and they have really good ranch!

Absolutely the BEST lettuce wrap /keto burger in the world! It was so great I forgot I was keto and didn't even care after the first sip! Seriously, that was a clutch your pearls and better sit down kind of awesome shake!

Had a burger for the first time after a recommendation and it was delicious. I love how the meat is a thin patty. The veggies were fresh and the secret sauce was good.

I placed an order for five burgers, I specified on my order what I wanted through their app.

Ladies and gentlemen let me tell you how far from right my order they got! Three of the five burgers were completely wrong! I tried to call and talk to someone twice but they put me on hold both times until they closed. Then I I called one last time to fix my order and they were closed, I got a full voice mail not that it would of mattered.

This was my third time, quite a shame as there really are no good burger places in Portland is this place WAS half decent. Moral of the story, if you want to order from Joes you must have them check the burger in front of you.customer, c’mon guys you can do better. Y’all got my fries and bun this time though!

I talked to a manager and they sent a gift card. Hopefully it gets better

This burger stand consistently has good tasting burgers with nice crispy fries. I also highly recommend their onion rings. Delicious!
