Joe’s Burgers Murrayhill, Beaverton OR

I had the cajun burger, a staff special. It tasted great with a nice jalapeno kick to it. And the clerk took pity on a cane-wielding senior and carried the burger and shake out to my car. Top marks all around.

This place is fantastic, burgers are top notch, sweet potato fries and onion rings are out of this world, great service and just great value for what you pay.

The food was nothing special. The service was nothing special and for the cost. I wouldn't go back.

The service was better than the food. I really thought the burgers would be hefty, taking both hands, but it was pretty minimalist. Kind of disappointing. I genuinely thought my burger was missing something so I brought it back to the counter and they made me another one - really grateful for that.

Their lettuce on the burgers is fresh, and the milkshakes keep their consistency really well if you freeze it at home to eat later. Never had a bad meal here. Excellent prices as well, and the service has been great.

I got a Joe's cheeseburger and fries, and the cheeseburger was pretty average. Fries were good though! I'm not a huge fan of the "secret" sauce they use on their burgers. If I wanted a burger with fry sauce on it I would just grab a Burgerville burger. For $13.50 for a burger and fries I would consider this place "Average Joe's". Great for a dodgeball sponsor! ;)

Terrible burger.took 2 bites couldn't take any more.
Spent $23 essentially for a milk shake very disappointed

Had the feature special: Firehouse burger. Very good! The fries had a nice crunch and next time I am going there, I am grabbing the classic cheeseburger! Place was friendly and the staff were hustling and providing great service. Area was nice and clean too. (:

If I could give a place a ZERO, THIS would be the place that deserves it. Want to get judged and rushed as you make your order, make sure ELLIE is the one taking it. Want to get shoved out of the way without so much as an "excuse me"? Then your definitely going to want to be there during Ellie's shift. And if you want NONE of your customer service concerns to be listened to, then make sure ELIJAH the manager is the one on the other end of the counter receiving the feedback. His words were that she was probably too shy and quiet to say EXCUSE ME while passing through and that he was afraid to give her any feedback. Plus the fries are dry and underseasoned and the burgers are severely overpriced for the small unflavored portions you get. Way to ruin my mother's day.

You want 10x the better burger and even better customer service, save yourself a trip and go to Smashburgers at BG's food cartel. They'll never let you down or make you feel belittled and judged, unlike Joe's Burgers.

Good food, terrible customer service. Ultimately ended up leaving my last meal there and going somewhere else. Hope the owner knows it’s employees go out of their way to be indifferent towards the customers that want to eat there. Super unfortunate, I was basically bullied out of the store. I couldn’t believe an adult was talking to another adult so sarcastically. Maybe I’ll try another Joe’s somewhere else.

Pretty good for a burger place, they have a vegetarian chili my husband really likes. They also have a small selection of draft beer, though generally we take our food over to White Oak taphouse and have a beer while eating out Joe's over there.
There are always a ton of people when we've visited and it doesn't seem uncommon to wait 20+ minutes for food.

This place was soo good! Probably just made top 5 burger joints! Will be back again and recommending to everyone!

I noticed one of cashiers who handles food blow his nose not wash his hands or anything told his coworker who bought my food and she did nothing I’m going somewhere else for now on to my burgers
