Quick same-week scheduling, average pricing (comparable to two other local shops), trustworthy mechanics. Used Joes Garage in past years and left ‘10 Star happy’, so I hired them again last week after our family mechanic retired, and unfortunately the customer service is not what it used to be. Joes does good work but there’s much to be desired in communication/interactions; it’s left me a bit torn if I will be returning in the future.

We have used this company for over 30 years for our car repairs. They do excellent work and have great customer service!

Mike is always super kind and helpful any time I bring my Toyota 4Runner in. I appreciate the explanation of services they always provide.

I took my car in for a leak in the coolant system, after almost $500 it came back woth an even bigger leak AMD now an oil leak. They rush you in amd out, the lady is rude and uninformative. My car's whole undercarriage is covered in coolant amd oil.its literally pouring out. After a pressure test? I may be a woman but im not stupid. Go at your own risk.

They replaced our serpentine belt very quickly and made sure the car was cleaned before they got in and then again before we left with it. They are being very cautious about covid.

Larry was our serviceman and he was great. My husband had been working on our truck, trying to figure it out for 2 weekends before we brought it in for professional help. Larry figured out the issue, and emailed us a detailed list on other things to watch out for in the future. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us fix and maintain the truck ourselves. He wasn't looking for every way to charge us more money like we've experienced elsewhere before. Joe's garage is our new place to go for all our car needs.

They did a half-repair to get me on the road because the last part was unavailable, but then they forgot to order it, so it took two weeks to finish. I'm still taking it back for some other - unrelated - repairs, though.

Joe’s Garage does quality work! They won’t take advantage of you if you lack knowledge about vehicle repair. They treated me with care and got everything fixed quickly. I also had them install aftermarket parts and they did a great job! I appreciate all the helpful suggestions and logical explanations that Mike had. I don’t want to trust any other mechanics with my vehicles now that I’ve been spoiled by Joe’s!

Always helpful and timely. Most recently I went in with a cracked exhaust, which was causing my jeep to be very loud when accelerating. This is something I've just put up with for about 2 years because I didn't want to pay to fix it (there was not a performance issue). They looked at it, assessed that it could be creatively welded, they did that and I was only charged for labor (about 30 mins). Thank you so much! My jeep noise is significantly reduced.

These guys are great! Was traveling thru town and I had a issue with my car and they took care of it immediately.

Joe's Garage has been the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. My van broke down in the middle of the night on a long road trip back home. Although having a full schedule they were able to look at it immediately, quickly isolated the issue and fixed it. No run around, straight up service. Would recommend Joe's to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely class act all around. We depend on Joe's to maintain our small fleet of service vehicles (4). They get the job done for a fair price and I feel they have great integrity. I've been impressed on multiple occasions how helpful they are. Thanks Joe's!

Can’t say enough good things about joes garage. Daren saved me while on a trip back to Eugene to visit family and had me going again within 24 hours. Management and service has not changed a bit since the torch was passed from father to son in law. Joes garage will always be where I take my car in Eugene.

I went here for a second opinion on "urgent repairs" by the dealership. They saved me over $2k on a repair bill and showed me in person the status of each part in question. And it didn't cost me anything.

The crew at Joe's Garage keeps my old '99 Tahoe in top running condition. It's obvious that honesty, competence and service are the priorities for this shop.

You guys are always the best. I appreciate the great communication and your integrity. Another shop told me I needed work done. You guys took a look and said that no, I didn't. If you'd done the work and charged me, I wouldn't have known the difference. But you didn't. Consider me a loyal customer who will recommend your shop at every opportunity.
