John's service was great. He communicates well, he is prompt, professional, reasonably priced and he has a great sense of humor! We will always use him for any plumbing needs.

John was incredible. He found my leak in the wall upstairs & fixed the pipe. What I appreciated is instead of cutting into the wall in the bathroom, John first cut from a bedroom closet (so the cut is not visible in everyday life).

John D saved the day when a handyman botched my faucet replacement. He was able to thankfully get to me within 24 hours, and finished the job correctly. He also helped replace a shower filter. I would definitely use him again.

While I have not used their service, I certainly never will. I had and saw several near accidents with them swerving lane to lane and cutting people off or almost hitting them while switching lanes today while in early afternoon traffic on 217. When you're driving a company vehicle, you might should pay attention since you are a roaming advertisement for them.

John was pleasant to work with. He was honest and helped us realize we did not need to also employ a restoration company but rather just dry out our small leak ourself. Additionally, he was efficient. We certainly recommend him

John was extremely responsive and fast. He came on short notice on a Saturday to help us replace a kitchen faucet that was leaking. He did such a good job we asked if he would look at one of our bathroom faucets that had rusted out — he fixed that faucet the same day! We’ll be calling John the next time we need a plumber.

John did a great job for me in digging to find a leak when many other plumbers couldn't or wouldn't do the job. I will call him again when I need a reliable, honest plumber.

John is a nice guy, who know what he is doing. Prompt in response, however did not show up on time planned, rather at his convenience. Also did not revert on the fee in advance when asked in advance, ignored my text messages. Text is the only way to connect with him. He charged $150 for a 30 mins work, and it didn't solve the water dripping issue.
I took his service only because I was not able to pull out the pipe catridge, he just pulled it out and replaced with the new catridge. However the leak did not stop, he pointed it as catridge issue, suggested to get an original one and he left. Now I need to do it all myself again.

Called the company to come investigate a shaking of pipes in our walls. After being in the house for about 30 minutes and said that a valve needed to be replaced in our toilet, that the toilet was very particular as the part would be, and that it would be cheaper if we replaced the toilet. He then indicated that it wouldn't completely solve the problem, that there were probably some pipes not strapped in the walls or crawl space, and that he wasn't going on a wild goose chase to find out where they are. I told him it sounded like I needed to investigate the pipes when the noise happened again to narrow down where it was, and get the toilet replaced if we decided to do so. For this 30 minutes of time he told me it would be $150 for his time, which I found steep, but agreed to pay if he sent me the invoice (I was out of town at the time.)
THEN the real problems began. My wife had just arrived home from the hospital, and he began waving the invoice and nearly breaking off a windshield wiper to jam the invoice on our car, even though I gave no indication we wouldn't pay it. As a father and husband, it was terrifying to hear my wife call me and explain that we had a psycho at our house demanding $150, with our 2 daughters under 2 years old in the house. They had been sleeping, but were now awake screaming at the top of their lungs, and our caregiver was trying to calm them down, because he was walking around the house and in the front yard demanding $150 payment now for "wasting his time, " when again, I gave no indication we weren't going to pay it. I am worried that he has a mental condition and knows where we live, so I filed a police report.

Great experience! Was quick to respond, got the job handled in one day and cost less than estimate! Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

READ THIS REVIEW- Prior to calling John, we did two major bathroom remodels. We used a plumbing company referred to us by the fixture gallery. (great place) Plumbers did a decent job, charged going rate. 4K. It took a little longer than expected, but not a big deal. Recently we hired John for water heater and misc.challenging plumbing work. He has so much more knowledge (we met with several others) the guy knows what he is doing, responds immediately, on time, doesn’t waste time with chit chat or question after question. We were not looking for a personable upbeat person. We just wanted an outstanding plumber with integrity to get job done. He was a little more reasonable, but not why we hired him. He was upfront from the beginning, the estimate did not change, and finished project ahead of schedule.

Very responsive and informative. John was able to fix our issue within an hour. I will definitely reach out in the future for any plumbing concern.

Installing new appliances on a Saturday and found out we had the wrong set up for our new dishwasher. We needed a plumber and fast. Called John D Plumbing and after a few pictures, John knew exactly what we needed. Showed up 10 min later ready to help. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend using John D Plumbing.

Needed another hose faucet added to a side of my house. John answered my first call, asked for some pictures over text, and sent me a quote within 24 hours. He came the next week and knocked the job out quick and with no fuss. Very friendly, responsive, and hard working. Will call him again with any plumbing needs.

This our second time using John and we highly recommend. John is professional, quick, and easy. Our shower got stuck on (full) and we called John. John answered immediately, asked us to text him a pic do the piping, then quoted a flat fee and showed 20 mins later. The job took about 45 mins and it now works perfectly. He’s our first call going forward

This is our 2nd time using John D Plumbing and he does a fantastic job. While some plumbers take days to return a call, John is always prompt in his response and very flexible with his schedule- was able to see us and fix everything the next morning.

He arrived on time, is friendly, professional and is easy to contact- I was able to text him several pictures of my problem so he could get an idea of what the issue was and what needed to be done. He is also very reasonably priced.

An easy 5 stars. Highly recommended!
