They are not faster that everybody else but they have always done the job well at a reasonable price.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. The sales team and everyone involved right down to the service department has been amazing and are very nice people, whether it’s business or personal. They’re never too busy to hear a concern and address it with top results. I’ve enjoyed the professionalism and treatment so much that I went to work for them. It’s nice being a part of such an awesome group knowing they treat customers and employees with complete respect and honesty.
Been in there twice, once for my remote start when i bought the truck. My horn and remote start wouldn't work, my manual says that the remote start will honk the horn once for a dead battery. Twice for dead battery in key fob and so on. Up to for beeps to help trouble shoot. The manager says, in a demeaning manner, it's not like the truck wakes up in the morning and the horn tells the remote start not to work. Thanks i guess. Needless to say thanks Kendall Ford of Eugene for fixing it.
Second time i started to get the timing chain rattle in my f150 eb.went in to inquire and told me they don't do timing chains, no one in the place qualified to do so. Uhhhh thanks for your honesty i guess.
Now i have another issue and will try again, because running to Eugene isn't very convenient and I like support local.
They really care about customers here. One of his workers, Mel, is a very talented auto body tech and he can fix just about anything.

Horrible service writers, rude staff, would not do a Ford recall on my car due to a branded title without being threatened by another dealership in Eugene and NHTSA who said they would do it but I cannot be declined warranty work by an authorized dealership regardless of title status.
Car was rebuilt by another Ford bodyshop in Salem so had no structural damage to even tip the dealership off to the branded title.
They let me drop it off and called me the next day to get it as they wouldn't touch it after running the vin number telling me I brought it 40 miles each way from home, for fun, then I had Kendall Ford talk to them.
Took it 40 miles the opposite direction today to Tower Ford in Coos Bay to get the other airbag replaced and got treated awesome!

Stopped in at 330 in the afternoon on Saturday 9/22 and they were closed guess they don't want my money
