I took my Outback to these guys for the 60k maintenance. Not only did they push it up and get it done quickly - about half the time originally quoted because they knew I driven a long way, but it was also less than half the price that the Subaru dealership had quoted me for the same service. I cannot recommend them enough.

I can't say enough good things about shop and the people that work here. I've had several Subaru Sti's and a H6 Outback in to Jamie's and everything comes back better or problem solved. Thanks for being the best and going above and beyond when you need help. The only Subaru shop for me and mine!

Once again I have taken my new vehicle (subi) to Jrs to not only look at the vehicle but to maintain its performance in EVERY WAY. Just had new brakes and rotors put on and in the near future will be bringing it back for new clutch and oil leakage protection. Jaime explains the issues with details and that’s why I respect his business and will always be bringing my Subarus through his business because my money and vehicles are important to me and he is my cars dr. The only place we take our Crosstrek to. JR and his staff are reliable and honest, and pricing is reasonable. We recently took it our car in for a standard oil change, where they noticed that the battery health was less than great, and one of the terminals was corroded. They replaced both the battery and terminal all in the same appointment. Their new location is also a quick walk to a deli or to Java Crew for a coffee, which is super convenient compared to the previous spot they were at.

Jaime did my clutch on my 2021 Crosstrek. He did a great job, the new clutch feels awesome and Jaime was very responsive to any questions that I had regarding the break in period and whatnot. Thanks so much!

JR's has always been a great help with all my cars, none of them being Subaru's even. Great shop to take your car to for anything from an oil change to major work or modifications. Highly recommend for all your car service needs.

Wouldn’t recommend this shop, Grimmworx scammers just take your money and parts and don’t do the job right spend so much money so car can run so bad freshly rebuild. After so much money spent at their shop they don’t want to take accountability for there mistakes. 0/10 would never go again.

Awesome service I was traveling down south and no other shop had the time or wanted to help me out. I reached out to the shop and the owner was way more welcoming to help me out and get me back on the road thank you again to the crew at this shop

Wonderful service and very quick! I needed a check on my battery and they had it checked, ordered a replacement, and installed it all in an hour. Highly recommend

JR and his son Alan did a fantastic job on the CVT in my 2015 Forester. This is the second time I have worked with them and the quality of work is great and prices are very fair. I will continue to support this family business. You should too.

Highly experienced and very friendly mechanics. Only place I'll take my Subaru in Oregon. Owner is extremely knowledgable and helpful. He picked up a sensor for me from Subaru of Salem when I brought the car in for a diagnosis last.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They keep pushing back the date for my husband to pick up his car. They didn’t even replace anything on it and continuously push off putting it back together. We even gave them an extra day to ensure it would be ready for pickup. Now it’s excuse after excuse as to why it’s not ready to be picked up. Completely unacceptable from what should be a reputable shop.

Good folks. Took me in on a Saturday emergency, ran down the parts, fixed my 16 yr old Subaru. No charge-ups. Good mechanics. Plan on going back for regular service
