This place has the WORST customer service. I'm from Denver Colo not here and I never been treated so RUDELY in my Life! I am a paying customer and I spend A LOT of money here at Jubitz on a regular basis. I'm not homeless or a thief and I always pay my way. So for your cashier's (Sofie) to not once, not twice, but FOUR times to be so rude and judgemental and dehuminizing of my character makes me annoyed and irritated at the situation. I know my rights as a customer as well as an employee and management for a corporation and this is absolutely uncalled for! Customer service is definitely not what Jubitz has and should be shut down for the way they treat their PAYING customers! Managers? Their just as bad! Tell me what does customer service mean to Jubitz. Someone should sue this place for the harrasment and dehuminizing employees they have on staff! In Colorado this would be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is a horrible place to overnight. Choose the Love's or TA near Gresham, or go south to Flying J. They'll rob you of your money here.

Overpriced drinks, overpriced food, dirty showers, rude staff. Why would you go here? I mean clearly they have it all.

Smelt like METH inside.hypodermic needles on ground in lot.very dirty.rude security and rude workers.had a serious headache and body nasuea and could not drive.went to takr a nap and was being stalked by security.they told me they cant rest here just park.obviously they want people who do speed to feel comfortable over people who want sleep.

This place is fantastic. Food is great. They have showers and dog wash also. We've parked here 3 times, back in truck parking, to meet up with drivers who we work for. Our 37ft rv is way to big for most parking lots. And we have never been harassed by anyone.

The first time I came here I was treated terrible by employees. Had not planned on ever coming back but decided to give them a second chance. Was treated so terrible by an employee before I got from the parking lot to inside that I left. Customer service is so terrible here they are not worth my business and I will spread the word. A paying customer should be treated with respect and they have failed at that 2/2 times.

Their website says overnight parking but I pulled in in the early morning waiting for my rv in the truck repair shop and the security guard was actively hostile and demanded I leave. That was despite my explanation that I was waiting for the truck repair shop to open and was simply getting a nap in.

Great place, great food. Nicer family owned truck stop and restaurant / lounge. Definitely worth the stop.

Typical truck stop that owes its very existence to the trucking industry then screws those in the industry with outrageous prices for low quality products. 12 bucks for a shower that literally rips the skin off your body.as with other big brand truck stops the staff never smiles, never thanks the captive customers and just seems to be irritated that they even have to work here. I've been trucking for a very long time. Truck stops used to treat us drivers and company owners with at least a little respect. This typical truck stop has done what so many others have done and pushed those of us that built ther business aside to treat the traveling public like kings and queens. Thanks Jubitz, you once were great like so many other independant truck stops. Now you suck and in my opinion the truckers should stop buying anything at these types of ungrateful shitholes. See how long you can keep up the business without the hundreds of thousand of dollars these truckers spend on fuel and needed items. I doubt tourist and travelers can make up the difference if the truckers once again come together and SHUT YOU DOWN.

Hey Jubz! Next time your think about re-striping your truck parking, how about a redesign? Blind side backing? The spots can easily be swapped around so we can back into them via driver side. Let the stripe crew design it! I'm sure they'll know what to do.
Oh.and I don't fuel here anymore because you can't give me a meal ticket. The company I work for is somehow on your list of No Meal Tickets. WTH is that about? I used to get 200+glns here 90+glns over the min for a meal ticket.

Everything you need! Only thing I wish Jubitz had was dedicated, paid parking for drivers cars and offer a decent weekly rate for that. I love Jubitz and pay to park my truck there, however it would be nice to not have to uber back when I'm ready to roll.

This is for the restaurant the service sucked they were slow they took other people's order that arrived after me they basically ignored me than when it was time to go it took a long time to get the ticket and than to get the change or took a long time I won't be coming back the service sucks

Amazing truck stop. Good restaurant, theater and showers. Nice smaller mall has things you probably wouldn't find anywhere else.
