Called store about the dishwasher on Sunday morning. Staff answering my phone told me that they don't have dishwasher in stock and he will check for me whether they provide repair service. He called me shortly and let me know that they don't and gave me another store's name to contact. I appreciate this quick response and great customer service.

We needed a stand up Freezer asap when ours stopped freezing. Someone responded to their listing quickly, great cmr service in store, snap financing was quick & easy & we were loaded same evening with a great Freezer. Will return for future appliance needs.

We have bought a washer, dryer, French door refrigerator and a freezer from Judy’s. We had issues with the French door refrigerator but Samsung came out twice and fixed it under manufacture warranty. I’m surprised at the bad reviews. They sell scratch and dent appliances. If you get a bad unit it’s not their fault - it’s manufacturer issue - I’m very thankful for this store. It’s awesome to have an opportunity to buy new appliances at a discount due to tiny flaws. I still haven’t found the dent or scratch in our fridge… thank you Judy’s we appreciate you!

These sound just like my customer's. I've purchased machines multiple times from Judy's and have never needed a repair man.they've always been really nice to us while in store, too.and everything we have purchased is still going strong!

I don't understand what is wrong with the rest of your customers, but from the deepest fathoms of my soul, I'm sorry you guys are going through this.

BUYER BEWARE: Faulty appliances with no recourse.

I purchased a large upright freezer in January for $799, which I was told had been a display model. It appeared to be in good working order, barring a few cosmetic blemishes. This unit failed in March. I happened to notice in time and saved the meat that was in it. They sent a repair person (honoring the six month warranty) who restored it to working order. Now in June it has failed again. This time I was not so fortunate and lost in excess of $1000 in meat.

I asked the company to buy back the non-functioning unit they’d sold me. They denied my request citing their non-existent return policy.

I paid a premium price for an inferior product and it cost me. The only solace I can take in this matter is the hope that this review deters future buyers from shopping at this establishment. Save your money, save your food, and save yourself the hassle that follows.

Picked up a freezer yesterday and the guy working was unpleasant and when we got home the freezer won’t work. Shouldn’t this stuff be tested before it gets sold? Should of got a new one…

Got a washer from them. 3 days latter it stoped working. Call them and the Earliest the cauldron come and fix it was almost 2 weeks out. The came and fixed it and it worked for almost 2 weeks. Now I have to wait a week before they can send someone out again. Asked about exchanging it and was told no. Don’t buy anything from them they sell junk.

Bought a refurbished set, got it home and the washer kept malfunctioning, I thought it was user error, but after taking it apart to find the issue, discovered they clipped the door clip and bypasses it, wrapping it incorrectly and could have caused a fire, not to mention bypassing the door switch is a major hazard. No apology from the or even return call. Read their Facebook reviews. This place is a hazard.

For starters, I bought a washer last week and the sales gal was so nice and helpful. The price was too good to pass up! I had it delivered yesterday. The folks that delivered it helped me move my old one out (it was way too heavy for me to move by myself), got the new one in, hooked everything up, and were so personable and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

I bought a fridge here a couple years ago but not sure if I will again. The prices have skyrocketed from the last time I came in and half the fridges ice makers don't work. I'll probably just buy a new one at Costco which has a 2-year warranty.

Cheap affordable stuff. Bought a refrigerator worked fine at first but freezer stopped freezing and ice maker stopped working.

Bought a washer dryer combo for a reasonable price, and had two minor issues one with a valve that had come off during the move and then with the actual outlet at the apartment complex. Both times they sent out a tech within two days. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly, and helped answer all of my questions. Will recommend

Awful customer service. Bought a refrigerator on 5/16 2021. On 5/18/2021.it started making a GOD awful noise. I called them and was told that the soonest they could get out was not until 5/25/2021. Wow. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told that he is not available and will call me at his earliest convince, but there was nothing they could do. They were extreme rude and cursed at me. When I asked who the owner was to file a complainr, the sale person said they did not know who the owner was. So I'm now stuck with a refrigerator that unless I shut off the refrigeration and risk losing all my groceries, will not quiet down. I either risk losing my groceries or deal with this noise for over a week.

Responding to the owner: I did not hang up on anyone. The person on the phone told me there was nothing you were willing to do. Never offered a service call but from the way this was handled, I would not pay you more to come “service, ” anything. From all your other reviews, this seems to be pretty standard for your “business. ”

Buyer beware! Purchased a freezer from them over the Summer. Went to take stuff out today and it’s not freezing. Called to see if they would standby their product. Supposedly the warranty ended 2 months ago and they will do nothing. Will be reporting to the BBB as well.
