They were the only place in town who had heat resistant wire for my oven repair. Amazing helpfulness and very kind people. Thank you.

Never use Just-In Time for warranty work. Just-In Time Appliance came out on a warranty call for a Fisher Paykel built-in refrigerator. While the repair person was at my home they spoke with Fisher Paykel and got authorization for the replacement of one of the doors for the refrigerator which appears to be bent so that the door does not close correctly. I was told that it might take awhile to get a replacement door. So I waited to hear back. When I did not hear from them after several months I call Just-In Time to follow up. They do not answer the phone now for warranty work, you must leave a message for them to call you back. Whey they returned my call several days later I was told that Fisher Paykel had changed their approval and they would not replace the door. Just-In Time felt there was no need to let me know this so that I could follow up on the matter, as they said the had called the appliance store where I had purchased the refrigerator. When I called Tim's Appliance and spoke with sales person he had no knowledge of such a phone call. The repair person that had come out said they do not make as much on warranty work and they prefer not to do warranty repairs, so why do they even do it. Given their lack of concern for customers and poor follow-up I would never recommend or use them. They should have had the courtesy to notify me of the change in the status of my warranty repair as I was the customer on the job order not Tim's, if they even called Tim's, which I am highly doubting they did. Their lack of follow through could now be a significant issue for me, so do not use them if you expect them come back to fix something that can not be done on the spot.

I recommend Just in Time Appliance Repair. They responded quickly and diagnosed what parts were needed and ordered them. Hayden was able to instal the new parts, even though my dryer is over 12 years old and not that easy to dismantle for the repair. He was on time, courteous and installed the new parts in a shorter time than expected. My dryer is good as new, and is no longer making a grinding noise. Definitely will be contacting them again for other appliance repairs that may be needed!

Do not use this company! They replaced a refrigerator compressor and did not replace the evaporator which made the new compressor go bad. They took no responsibility. Another company (Speedy Repair) fixed the problem in half the time. Also, they scheduled an appointment 30 days out and canceled on me the day of the appointment.

Cancelling service call. GE overnighted the part (wasn't discontinued or on backorder as told). Fixed in 5 minutes. Wished I had called them a month ago. Short handed for a month but sent a "tech" out to do nothing. Didn't open the the back of the oven or even turn on the oven. Tech did not diagnose problem, was told what it was. Repair was called in on November 17th, when I confirmed repair, told JIT it was the burner switch. Was asked which burner, gave a full description and symptoms, warranty was verified and a service date of December 14th was given. On December 23rd part was just being ordered and was given a January time frame no date. Tech should of never came out without the part and to do nothing other than that agree with me as to what it was. Part should of the been ordered that day and repair not dragged out another few weeks.

I could write an entire dissertation on what these folks went through repairing our WOLF induction range.however to keep it simple without all the details.after 12 hours on 3 separate days, they were able to fix a problem that was caused by Wolf giving an incorrect wiring diagram on the back of the unit…. Just-in-Time persevered and advocated for us until the problem was rectified. Very impressed with this company and highly recommend them.

Business does not offer the option to ship / mail parts, even for additional S&H fees. Business hours are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and 9-5 on M-F. For those who work jobs with similar business hours and / or are not in the immediate vicinity, this makes picking up parts a difficult task, and doing business locally very difficult. Highly recommend listening to customer needs and beginning to offer S&H as many customers are happy to pay for this service.

Was contacted by this company to do a repair on my new fridge that was delivered with a small but noticeable dent on it. I sent them items they requested and was told they would reach out to schedule an appointment. They never did. Nearly two weeks later I reach out and was told my repair was dropped because they were "too far booked out" of 3 weeks which, in my opinion, isnt that far out. They said I should have been contacted by the manufacturer, which I never was. Just-In Time should have reached out to me to make sure I knew they couldn't do the work. Pretty bad customer service. I gave two stars because I didn't actually have them work on anything. Justin, you should have told me from the beginning you wouldn't be able to work on my fridge (because you must have been booked out when you initially contacted me OR my repair was pushed back as low priority) ; thank you for wasting my time.

EDIT AFTER BUSINESS REPLY: "Your call was rejected due to LG repeatedly not paying us for cosmetic damage warranty claims. " You are changing your story. You told me the reason for my rejection was, and I quote, ". Unfortunately we had to reject this call due to our availability. We are approx 3 weeks out on our schedule. "

Not one mention about LG not paying for cosmetic warranty claims. Now things are starting to make sense; the whole "3 weeks out" thing didn't make sense. Why blame it on the schedule? ! Why not tell the truth? Why would you even entertain my repair knowing LG wouldn't pay you for it?

This is a multi-faceted fail on your part. LG is making you look bad, and you bafflingly blaming it on your schedule makes it even worse. Both LG and your decision-making in your communication (or lack thereof) are the reasons for this poor review. I hope you take note and take the appropriate actions to mitigate this in the future.

I called to have them look at my electric oven which was not working but the gas stove top range was working. They came and diagnosed the problem, looked up the part and ordered it on April 14th. They said when the part came in they would call and schedule a time to install the new part. Of course I had to pay up front for half the part and the service call. I called on May 16th to see what was happening and they said they had tried calling me the week before to schedule a time for them to install the new part. I had no record of being called but anyway, we scheduled it to be installed on May 24th. When they got here, they realized they had ordered the wrong part and that the part they needed was not in stock and they had no idea if or when it would be. So after waiting for 6 weeks and paying for half the part and service call, they said they would refund what I had paid for the part and to try calling West Coast Appliance for a new stove.so save yourself time, money and aggravation and don't use this company.

The folks at Just In Time Appliance, specifically Justin, are fantastic! I was having a horrible warranty experience with an LG dishwasher (don't buy one for this reason alone) and Justin bent over backwards to help me out and get me taken care of. In this day and age, customer service is what separates companies and Justin clearly embodied what you should be looking for when deciding who to go with.

Sean installed our dishwasher and had some of the most outstanding customer service ive experienced. My 3 year old loves tools and learning and he was amazing with him and was teaching him along the way. There was some hiccups with how my flooring had been installed and he worked around it for a flawless finish. Great job, great customer service. I would reccomend over and over again. Most people dont have half as amazing customer service as he did. He is an asset to just in time appliance and i will ask for him for any future installs. Thank you!
