Kay was kind and quick with her replies and with her quality work. She was so sweet to my young daughter and even had a little puzzle for her so we could focus on my dress. I will definitely come again and recommend to anyone.

My wedding was in 3 weeks, I had my dress altered where I purchased my wedding dress for only shortening the front of my dress for $300. My train was way too long and felt like i was tripping all over my dress still. So many people recommended K alterations so i made an appointment and she fixed my dress perfectly, the train is perfect length and she fixed it in such a short amount of time! She saved me so much money! I wish I went to K alterations instead of over paying at a fancy bridal salon the first time, thank you!

K hemmed trousers for me. Her work is impeccable and was ready the next day.

Above all, I was impressed by her honesty. I had worn the trousers to work prior and had neglectfully left my cash tips in the pocket. She came across the money while ironing the pants, and thoughtfully set it aside and returned it to me when I picked up the item.

I had a reversible referee jersey that was way too tight but it had a custom name and number so I couldn’t return it. I asked if the jersey could get a strip of black fabric along the sides and under the arms to make it bigger overall, which was no easy task because it was reversible and stretchy. She did a great job! Both sides of the Jersey look like it came from the manufacturer and now I can wear it proudly, both sides, and BREATHE too. Awesome work, I’ll definitely take my alterations to her!

I can't even begin to tell you the excellent experience we had with K Alterations. Kathy was amazing. I called her a week before prom, and she responded within minutes. I told her we had taken my daughter's prom dress to get alterations by someone else it didn't turn out well at all. She said to bring it down and she would fix everything. She was so quick and efficient. I would have to say she's a master at alterations to say the least. We went to pick up the dress today. You should have seen the smile on my daughter's face. I had a dream dress that was completely see through. I took it to K and she added an inside layer. The dress was super flowy and fit me like a glove so I was worried it wouldn’t be the same with the inside layer. But she was able to find a material that fit the fabric exactly while it still fits me perfectly. She did this all on a short timeline and for such a reasonable price. Not only was she great to work with but she was a life saver too, thank you!
