Kaady Appliance, Portland OR

After visiting 2 other stores which had no stacked washer/ dryer units we went to Kaady's, they had 8-10 of them. Great sales lady too.

Great people and very customer friendly. I bought a handful of used appliances and all of them failed after the six month warranty. It is frustrating but I guess that's what I get for "saving" money.

Many online stores were selling refrigerators but they were not in my budget. I called my mom to ask her if she could do something. She told me about this online store that sells refrigerators. I went up to their page to see and I found a refrigerator in my budget. I quickly ordered it. I am glad that I got to know about this online store. They have amazing prices.

My dryer was going down and needed to replace short on funds, so I went to Kaady to see if they had one that would fit in my limited space. The female employee was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the appliances and helped me to not make the mistake by getting the wrong product

During this lockdown, I thought of opening my YouTube cooking channel. I started looking for a good and affordable microwave online. I came across this online store. They had amazing pricing of microwaves. I ordered one. The store is really good. The order was delivered before the time.

Needed a used range and saw a perfect one listed online. At the store they informed me that one had been sold but had a better one for $50 cheaper. It was indeed better! Delivery was free and the friendly, competent delivery drivers took my old one away at no charge. Great experience!

Got a good deal on a fridge. It was supposed to be FREE delivery. I didn't think about it, but they NEVER asked, so they charge $10.00 PER STAIR! Our "free" delivery, after negotiation was $60. I just think if they charge $10/step that they should MENTION THAT AND ASK! Oh, ALSO, they "Forgot" to haul away our old fridge. So our "free" delivery cost $60 and I'm still trying to get rid of our oldie.

Kaady had a GE Profile dutch door fridge in stock the day my old fridge died. They were able to manage a next day delivery (free) although I live a good distance from their Portland location. Home Depot and Lowe's couldn't do any better than six to ten days. Did I mention Kaady was $1300 less than the retail price? We had a little cosmetic damage with the delivery but George made it right!

I have Been doing business with them for the last 4.5 years, got different appliances for a few different houses and my office. Great products and amazing service! Highly recommend!

Got a new stacked washer and dryer. Delivered, (now dented, they came, pulled out the dent so the dryer would work, offered no discount, I was disappointed,

Super friendly and willing to work with a budget. Found exactly what we need even though it wasn't what we were planning to get.

AVOID THEM* Terrible service. Hard to get a hold off and they never once returned calls as promised. Service tech came out three times and never could fix my appliance. The owner promised me a refund but after almost a month of calling to obtain the promised refund I was told the tech was wrong and I could only get a refund if I had purchased the appliance from them. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I'm out almost $300.00. PLEASE AVOID THEM AND SAFE MONEY/TIME.

The owners are very nice. Neil, is very knowledgeable as an appliance tech. We got a very good deal on a cook top and it works perfectly.
Independently owned I like supporting local independently owned business.

They sell you broken surplus appliances that are supposed to go to the junk yard. Huge scam.dont know how they're allowed to do biz.

Great service, fair price. I really liked the delivery service they did an excellent job hooking up my dryer vent and water hoses on my washing machine! I didn't expect them to hook up my appliances for me and do it right.

Very affordable prices, appliances come with one year guarantee if you buy them new with a small ding or dent. If used, get six month guarantee. Staff was very attentive and lowered price.
