Kaady Car Washes, Beaverton OR

This place washes your car well. If you go after work on a weekday you will get aggressive mental case people who try to get in front of you at the zipper merge even though they were behind you in line. The employees won't really do anything. Portland and the surrounding areas getting really crazy right now.

The staff here are great, very courteous and efficient. The car wash itself is laid out well, so that you're not blocking traffic (assuming the line isn't ridiculous, which it hasn't been any time I've stopped by), and the vacuums are accessible coming straight out of the wash.

Quick and easy - pretty good for an automatic car wash. The vacuums were kind of weak and the timers were set to a very short interval.

I'm the first to admit it I hate hand washing my Jag so I bring it to Caddy's Car Wash. They do a solid job machine washing the car. They take all the little nitty-gritty off and leave its sparkling Shining the only way it would be better is if you actually want to pay somebody to hand wash your car and get into the very tiny itsy bitsy parts so yes I give it a thumbs up.

They are not as good as the previous owner (Carrage House)

I paid for the monthly membership, very happy with that. I'm able to get my car washed anytime I want without worrying about paying for it. Friendly staff.

Absolutely awful customer service and extremely unprofessional, left damages all over my car and refused to take any sort of accountability. Tried to blame me for the damages to my car when the employee that assisted me agreed that my car was not damaged before I entered.

I was so scared. 3 cars crammed into the wash all at once. One in front of me, one behind me. I could not see anything because of brushes and was supposed to leave my car in neutral. This has never happened before there or anywhere. I don't think I will go back. $10 and my car didn't get very clean either.

This has to be the worse car wash location I’ve been to. The customer service rep at the very beginning said two words to me, and that was “hi” and the price. Did not ask me what wash I wanted or what different packages they offered, just looked at me and shrugged as to why I haven’t picked yet. After that everything went smooth, UNTIL I get out after the wash and find scratches all over my car…This is the last place I’d recommend to anyone.

Love that the car vacuums are included in the car wash. Very reasonable prices, friendly staff.

Staff is great, always nice and smiling. Masks and gloves worn here, and given to customers when using car vacuums.

The former "Carriage House" now revamped and owned by Kaady Car wash. This is one of their better locations with more features in their longer car wash.

I bought an ultimate wash card for multiple washes but managed to loose it somehow so I went anyway to see if I could wash it without my card. The nice young man let me know that unfortunately I would need my card. However this being said he let me go through this one time which I was extremely grateful for. This place is awesome even if he didn't let me go through their service is amazing. At least in my opinion.

I went there for the first time and Matt the assistant manager. Super friendly and cheerful great service made me feel like I’ve been going there for years. Definitely going to go back recommend this place to any friends and family. Hope to see Matt again

Really great customer service for the price would be nice to get a air freshener free vacuum overall good

Worst experience ever. My almost new car scratched after only 6000 miles on the odometer. I only ever took my car to this location, the scratches on my hood were clearly mechanically made, with a repetitive streak, made by their wash equipment. We made a claim minutes after the damage, the following week we met with Daniel who only wanted to argue that the scratches could have been from anywhere, repeating an obviously scripted corporate response. Totally ridiculous. They are the worst. Skip the damage and headache of idiocy and go to a touchless wash, like the one at Tanasbourne 76.
