Called for an emergency waited through all the prompts only to be told by the lady who answered the phone that they do not accept people who are not a member. Even though it was never said once during the prompts. Which could have saved a lot of time.

Really disappointed in my last visit. I must have been the last appointment of the day and the doctor couldn't be troubled. I showed up on time for my appointment. The receptionist tells me she will be right with me as she was talking to a lady who needed a translator. I sat there for 20 minutes before the receptionist asked my name. Then the nurse came out and tells me I was 16 minutes late and I would have to reschedule. I drove 20 miles and waited over a month to get this appointment. Now I have to wait another month and a half. Unbelievable. Poor customer service. Glad I didn't see the dentist last thing I would want is him rushing.

I had an emergency dental appointment today. I had a cavity and cracked a tooth. The moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and patience. The woman at the desk (I didn't catch her name) could tell I was nervous and gave me a stress ball:).
I didn't have to wait very long before they called my name. Jamie was so wonderful and spoke to me throughout the entire process. She really is a rockstar and helped me feel way more relaxed. Dr. Popov was very sweet, quick, gentle, polite, and communicated clearly. Even the gentleman at the desk when I was checking out (I also didn't catch his name) was patient, polite, and made me smile. My appointment was for 1: 30pm. I arrived at 1: 10pm. I left at 3pm I think? It wasn't very long at all. I had 2 cavities (one that caused the crack) fixed and filled. I was shaking like a leaf the entire time but I felt no pain. Just minimal discomfort from the numbing injection the first time. Overall this place definitely earns 5 stars because the people were amazing.

I was nervous about going to a new dentist but the staff here made me feel at ease. The xray technician is phenomenal, the best I've experienced in all my years. I have a smaller sized mouth and she had the xrays in and out without any struggle. I think she used to work with kids. My dentist Dave is amazing too and talked me off a ledge when I was scared to have major tooth work done. I now feel safe with the Aloha team with all of my tooth concerns.

Getting into the office for an appointment was easy and when I got there was instantly takin back for my appointment 10 minutes early. However the care I was given even after explaining I was in excruciating pain already was not so great. What happened to getting rid of an infection before extraction? And if your going to extract more than one tooth dont you think something for pain is in order. I have had teeth pulled before and by far this has been the worse experience with a dentist in my whole 36 years of life. Thanks for helping me get my bad teeth out but maybe you should think about the well being of patients before the money

The worst dental experience of my life. Went in for a crown replacement in May of 2019 and as a result suffered and still suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia (TGN). This is a chronic - often lifetime pain caused by damage to the Trigeminal nerve in the face - typically from poorly placed Novocaine injections. TGN is also known as tic douloureux, sometimes described as the most excruciating pain known to humanity.
The real problem with the dental staff and the management at the Aloha Clinic was that they would not admit to their responsibility in damaging this nerve and essentially played dumb - calling this excruciating and debilitating condition - "coincidental pain". And this pain has been "coincidentally" emanating from the same tooth that had the crown replaced. My advice is to avoid this Kaiser dental office at all costs.
