Kaiser Permanente Dental at Keizer Station reviews
17The dental assistant, Shawna, is such a wonderful person and Dr Peters is so nice and probably the best dentist ever.:)
Dr. Holland is truly the best oral surgeon I've ever had my entire life. He took out my last 4 teeth and made sure I was comfortable. His assistant was awesome and very caring. Very little pain during the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Holland.
It took me a bit to really think on what I want to say here. Before I came to you, I survived the worst experience anyone can have in a dental visit. I will never be ok about it. I was so scared to come and get my issues fixed but I knew it needed to be done and I had to be brave.
Dr Wong and Rachel were exactly what dental professionals should be. Listened to my concerns. Showed me and explained what we were going to be doing. Super patient. I will never forget their kindness. Really, well done guys. Thank you.
Excellent! I so appreciate KP dental staff (Shana, Cheryl, Irma) you have made my dental experience go well, took great care of me, went the extra mile to help me through my surgery - thank you all! Tara and others at the front desk, wonderful
support, thanks!
I am grateful for Dr. Peters - thank you! Dr. Holland rock star oral surgeon, the best - thank you so much! And also I appreciate Jesse, super hygienist. Amazing team!
Administrative receptionist and office manager were not helpful at all, in fact they snapped at me and were beyond rude. Dentist was good. I also tried to upload other reviews using their office Q-scanner, but won't post or have been deleted by the business owner (shady). It's sad. I will not go back there ever.
Dr. Wong is the kindest dentist I have ever been to. He explained everything that needed to be done, and how there was no real urgency.
He has an amazing staff that made me feel so comfortable.
I left the dental office feeling better than before about my dental situation. I left with no fear.
That's what a good doctor is about, making a person feel the best they can about their situation.
I feel good about my evaluation and will definitely make the next appointment to go there.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Eric M Peters. It was my second appointment with him. He's putting a crown on one of my teeth. Dr. Peters is the best Dentist I've ever visited. He's very patient, thorough, and takes pride in his work. He goes out of his way to make people comfortable. He explains everything he's going to do before he does it and warned me about anything that might be unpleasant on any level. He took his time to numb me in order to make sure I felt less pain. For the second time, I was a little baffled about how I could barely feel it. Quite honestly, he didn't have to do any of that to make me happy. I have a high pain tolerance, I'm not at all squeamish, and I'm easy to please. That's just who Dr. Peters chooses to be. Even though I didn't need it, I really appreciated it and I felt good knowing there are dentists like him considering just how many people struggle and dread the idea of visiting a dentist. His patients are very fortunate. I don't know if he's taking new patients but I'm going to recommend him to anyone I know who needs a dentist. Particularly if they have anxiety over getting dental work done. Kaiser should always do whatever it takes to keep Dr. Peters. I wish he was the benchmark by which all other dentists were judged.
Kind, respectful. Dentist and associate clear and explained everything well on my first visit.
I loved having a Saturday appointment. This is my first experience with Dental with Kaiser and it was excellent. I was treated with kindness from every person I interacted with. I felt well taken care of and everything was timely.
Natasha was my care giver. She was friendly a very professional. I felt at ease and everything went well. I like the service I receive from the kaiser professionals.
The office people were very confused, made me wait 35 minutes, after calling and telling me to get there immediately. Liked the assistant and the dentist
Dr Le is an amazing dentist, thorough, and very proficient. Her manner is direct, but encouraging and nurturing. She tells it like it is, yet gives the patient all the alternatives. Her assistant, Rayna, is efficient, caring, gentle and direct. Everyone i have dealt with at Kaiser Dental is communicative, caring and really, really good at their job, from operators and receptionists, right on up.
Was greeted with a smile as to indicate that I was very welcome. My dentist Dr. Eric was very professional and he understood where I was coming from. And I believe her name was Anna, was very kind and gentle with my needs and concerns.
The doctor was extremely nice and executed a perfect job during my visit. The assistant was just as good and friendly.
All of the staff were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful— from the front desk to the dental assistant to the dentist. They were all equally wonderful with our small child and us as parents.
2 teeth extracted.
Zero pain day of the procedure.
Excellent Dentist and Staff.
Flawless procedure. Details were fully explained. All questions were answered.
I appreciate the fact that I was not 'rushed through' an examination regarding the pain I am experiencing. I felt that the Hygienist (I don't know if that is the correct term for the young lady who assisted), and Dr. Wong, were very caring, concerned, and interested in finding the 'best solution'. I took one antibiotic at 7: 30p.m, and retired without pain. I awoke at 10: 30p.m. In extreme pain. I took 1/2 tablet of Oxycodone at 11: 30p.m, no relief. I took another 1/2 tablet at 1: 30a.m, no relief. At 4: 00a.m. I was able to go to sleep, and slept until 8: 00a.m. I have taken a second antibiotic this morning, and had a 'light breakfast'. The pain is just an underlying throbbing sensation at this time.
