Kaiser Permanente Oregon City Dental Office reviews
6 Communication is horrible. Set up an appointment for me and my daughter. Told me it was fine if I brought my 3 year old because I don't have child care. Went in back, they cleaned my daughter but refused to see me because no one could watch my child.
So not only do they lack communication but are also in the business to ensure single mothers/fathers cannot get access to dental care during Covid. We had to wait 1 YEAR to get in. Now they want me to reschedule for a time I don't have my kids. They can't possibly assume everyone has access to child care during covid. If they did, they are extremely out of touch with reality.
And why did they continuously ask me "what type of insurance you have? "
I am at Keizer, because I have Keizer insurnace. It wasn't asked this once, not twice, not three times but 4 different times. It started to feel degrading.
I have been in Or almoat 2 years and haven't felt discriminated against until I came here.
Their communication is lacking. I went to have my son get checked. Was sent to Portland first. Then sent to Oregon city because its closer and "convient". Then we get there they have no idea whats going on. They re-exam re-xray. How many times do we have to do the same thing. No communication just a bad system and design. Im sure they people are great. If you can ho somewhere else and pay more for being a person not a number. Weak sauce
Where do I start. I was called into work and was wondering if I should re schedule or have a family friend bring my son to his appointment. Doing my due diligence, I decided to call. Upon my call I explained that I would not be present and asked if that would be a problem. I also indicated his age and informed them this was his first visit. They informed me that he would need a written note from me and to verify that by calling my phone. Fast forward to today and my son was refused service because I was not there and I was explained that I must be present. Thankfully I canceled his dental plan and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Dr Pacewic. IS AMAZING!
Not only is she kind, have a lovely "chair-side" manner.she's smart too!
I KNOW. RIGHT? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?
It's true. AND. No one is paying me to write this review. (Seriously)
Let me tell ya, it's a toss up between Gyn & Dentist.which one, I loathe the most!
However. Having Dr Algenio as GYN and Dr Pacewic as my Dentist, these 2 women make going to the DR. TOLERABLE!
I hope this help's someone.
Stay Blessed,
Jamie
Jordan was very polite, personable and professional. Irons is always professional, thorough and personable. Good folks!
I had a dental emergency on NYE, they fit me in, it was the kindest, most positive experience I have ever had in a dental chair. I’m irrationally terrified of dentists, but Dr. Allen and Stacey took amazing care of me and were professional and compassionate. I am now not afraid to pursue further dentistry after this. Thank you Kaiser Dental!
