My baby is sick and I’ve been on hold for 35 mins for an advice nurse! This is why I am no fan of kaiser

I really enjoy this facility. I'm newer to Kaiser so I don't know where everything is. But the facility is always clean and there's a lot of staff members who can help. Check in is super easy, both on the app and in person.

The lab is not crazy busy and pharmacy is usually very quick with filling orders. My doctor is absolutely amazing. I trust in her competence and she really takes the time to listen and gives great medical advice. My doctor is very compassionate and I can tell she cares about me, my health and wellbeing. You will be taken care of here!

I've never had an issue with parking and it's very convenient to get to this location. Another note: I love the cafe place inside of this Kaiser Medical Plaza. They are always very pleasant and fast.

Horrible staff and even worse service! Have left me in agonizing spine pain after surgery. Rude staff. Incompetent. They take forever to respond and they often forget to fill your prescriptions or put in referrals.

Kaiser it'self is THE WORST if you need any sort of specialty care. I highly advise against Kaiser and especially advise against this location!

I’ve had Kaiser for around 15 years, now as much as they can be very nice, It was almost like doing phone tag to see something as basic as a therapist. I’ve been trying for over a year to get a new therapist and they never call me back

It was great. Didn't waite that long. And the doctor for my one month old baby was awesome. I well be takeing the rest of my kids there.

Im giving 5 stars for my PCP Dr. Preypong and his staff! He did more for me in a 1 hour appointment then Providence did for me in 3 years! He's an AMAZING doctor!

I’m a huge fan of Kaiser. The Rockwood facility is clean, efficient & friendly. One improvement would be longer hours for those either working days or coming from the mountain.

Parking is terrible and you will be there all day. They have zero respect for time. I will be going back to BCBS ASAP. Kaiser in general is a joke, but this location has been a headache.

I was supposed to have an appointment here. One I waited THREE MONTHS for. I was hoping to get treatment for some mental health issues.

So much for hope.

Nobody informed me Bob Wynn only saw kids, NOBODY informed me my appointment was cancelled half an hour after it was made (three months ago).

When I came in this morning I was told the bad news and vehemently apologized to. Apologies won't give me back the wages I lost for taking this day off

They're scrambling to fix this, but my already shaky trust in the mental health system is severely damaged from this incident.

I'm more than enraged. I'm disappointed at how unprofessional this debacle turned out.

Their only saving grace is they're trying to fix their mistake.

Time to wait three more months for help I needed today.

Too busy. Not enough staff. I ONLY go there because my SISTER is a Kaiser patient and our caregiver takes us both to our appts sometimes at about the same time. I am a PROVIDENCE PATIENT. My SISTER is a Kaiser patient. We live together. So, sometimes, caregiver takes my sister to her appt and then takes me to mine at Providence.

Okay but not happy with level of care. They do not listen to you! Expect the very basic of care, so inhumane.

Ive been going to Kaiser since 2012. N I love it. All the Drocters are nice n they always understand n help me get better. Kasier is the best hospital! I'll give them 5 stars.

This phone number is a joke broke my arm soley called to ask if this location has urgent care so I could call a Lyft and THERESA keeps transferring my call to a machine. Kaiser has gone downhill in the past 5 years. I'd be better off with state care.

Only been a Kaiser member a short time. I went to this location thinking they had urgent care, receptionist was rude. Saw a PN who was like junior inspector, he stated it was a virus. 4 am the next morning called sunnyside hospital, talked to a nurse who requested meds from my PCP. My PCPs nurse was alarmed when she spoke with me. I could have had two days of recovery under at that point.what a waste of time.

If your trying to make an appointment in the morning to avoid waiting forever in the afternoon, don't bother. When I told the medical assistant this she replied "You should really make an appointment the first starting time in the morning or the first time in the afternoon. " I arrived way before my appointment time started and Kaiser is throwing the "You have 2 people's waiting before you. " This is BS & Kaiser really needs to get their s! #$ together.

I'm a new patient and was extremely nervous about coming in to get my blood drawn- anytime I've had it done it's always at least an hour ordeal and 3 nurses later trying to find a vein that cooperates.
It took the person who did my blood draw today all of 30 seconds and I was in and out in minutes. Totally pain free. Thank you Everyone was super nice too.

I came in yesterday. I had multiple things to discuss. I scheduled a "primary appointment-with any doctor", since I needed an urgent visit and my doctor was booked. I told this doctor numerous things; chronic back pain, no energy, chest pains, my weight. The only thing she did was send me home with regular ibuprofen, for my extremely painful back pain. Let me tell you, IT DOES NOTHING. She ordered a test I asked for then a EKG, even though I told her I knew it'd come back normal. She said she thought it was anxiety but prescribed nothing for anxiety or even talked to me about it. Literally told me I have too many things, and to just wait for my actual doctor. So I had to make an appointment about two weeks out, because this doctor didn't want to deal with me. My regular doctor is great that's why I'm not going to rate lower than a 3. But this visit yesterday was terrible and I'm extremely unhappy.

I would not recommend this office. In the past year and a half I have been through three different pcp and have had the doctors cancel on me usually with less then a few hours notice 10-12. Then when I try to reschedule the appointments they have cancelled it's weeks before I can get a new appointment. Don't waste your time with this office it's more of a headache then it's worth

The pharmacist is an a******doesn't know when to shut his mouth, and mind his own business I'm switching to Gateway Keizer clinic
