It’s a real problem for me to take blood or make an IV, because the veins are thin. Usually after the hospital my hands are all blue and bandaged, and when they look for my veins with a needle, I cannot put into words this pain and horror. (like farriers, honestly). I thought that it would be like this today. But I was wrong. They hit me in the vein the first time. The person who did the IV was very kind and caring. And when they removed the needle, I didn’t feel anything either, I still need 3 droppers and I really hope that the same person will do them. I told him that he has golden hands.

The staff is always friendly, courteous, great people.

I get an injection every two weeks and they are fast and professional, wouldn’t want to be with any other organization, thank you

I am so over their prescriptions messes. Both months for refilling my prescriptions they have messed it up. Now I am going on over 11 days without my medicine. Getting no help over the phones or through the pharmacy. I would give negative on this if possible.

I haven’t the words to truly express to you how delighted I am with Dr Markham and her team nurse Natalie. I’ve interacted with them a few times and they both are no less that fantastic. I truly feel cared for and the compassion is palpable. I feel well cared for. They both listen well and are patient with me. Quality of care is an obvious and well developed thing with the both of them. Please do what you must to keep them on staff as they are terrific!

I had a zoom appointment and the doctor showed up 13 minutes late. Didn’t even apologize for being late. Talked to me for like 5 minutes and then it was over. Kind of frustrating and unprofessional.

Dr. Leavitt is always prepared and communicates very well. The assistant is very efficient as well.

The LPN Nakia was friendly and super knowledgeable! Dr. Smucker addressed all of our concerns and very supportive!

After months of soffering with pain, the staff at Skyline reminded me of what quality care means. Starting with the ladies at the reception desk, to the medical assistent, the PA, the Ex-Ray people, Lab and finally the Pharmacy. This was the most quality care I have recieved from a Kaiser facility. I left feeling finally someone is doing all they can to help resolve my issue. I am sure the follow-up with the results of my tests will be as fruitful.

I visited podiatry on 7.26.23 and was very pleased with my podiatrist and that he took time to reattach my wound vac. I'm forever grateful for the care I've received from the staff at KP. Everyone has been kind and gracious. Thank you.

I believe her name was Shannon, dark hair and was one of the 2 great nurses that looked after me and gave me my 3rd MS infusion, the main lady Shannon is very caring, laughs and talks with me and my dad while we waited for my infusion to be over, she frequently checked up on me asking if I was OK, how I felt and if I needed more water, she did and amazing job as well as the other nurse in there, I've had 3 of these I fusions and every time has been a great painless and comfy experience, I believe her name is Shannon not sure but she deserves a raise, she is simply great down to earth person!

I met with Michelle Anthony on 6/27/23. It was one of the best visits I’ve ever had. She was thorough, explained everything completely, let me ask questions and talk about concerns, treated me with concern and respect. She was wonderful!
