It takes a lot for me to post a negative review. I mean a lot. The owner is unprofessional and rude. After try to apologize for the time I was taking to gather information she cut me off, completely ignoring me. Repeating the same information as before. She treated me like I was stupid and dumb. I pray she doesn't treat her clients the same way.

I’ve been with Kaizen for over a year and a half now. I have nothing but great things to say about Molly! She is very willing to sit and listen to everything you have to say, she is very realistic and helps navigate you to the best options. From anxiety, to depression, to chronic pain she’s been a big help for me. I have also recommended many people to Kaizen and they’ve had great experiences.

I finally have the perfect med management and therapist. Molly has been the most honest, straightforward and trustworthy mental health clinician I have ever worked with. The rest of the staff are excellent too! I'm grateful I found this place. Molly helps give me peace of mind. I have nothing negative to say.

"Molly Rodden is the second worse 'professional' I've had the misfortune and abhorrence to see; at least she didn't decide to continue triggering my PTSD. Instead, she decided to lie to me about my medications, take me off the medications I needed, refused to return me to the medications that worked and in the last appointment I had with her, she was generally an abusive person, even taking pride in her manipulations, hence why I ended the now very unprofessional relationship. Avoid her at all costs. "

They will not negotiate any scheduling issues with you. Nor give a presence at all. Do not reccomend.

This business is awesome. I have referred friends and family to Kaizen Collective and they have all had positive things to say about their patient experience. If you are looking for a new practitioner, I highly recommend Kaizen Collective.

I have a daughter with a rare genetic syndrome and developmental and intellectual disabilities. Another parent recommended this establishment to me (specifically Molly Rodden) as my daughter began struggling during Covid. I have been so happy with the care we’ve received for my daughter. With all her different medical issues, we can take a lot of time and Molly is always willing to hear everything, is honest and works great with my daughter. I’ve happily recommended Molly Rodden to many people, she’s gone above and beyond for our family.

It's my experience that this business is not to be trusted, and potentially is merely a 'shell/ghost-entity' built to get money from insurance companies by billing customers for 'No-Show' appointments: I'd patiently worked with this business for months to get established and have an appointment. The first appointment (which was months in the making) was cancelled by Kaizen without any advance notification to me. The second appointment (also months in the making) was designated as 'Patient No-Show' when I was ready and waiting at the time of the appointment at my computer with my notes of issues to discuss and phone - which never rang - and I know they had my number since they'd texted me a day or two prior to the appointment to confirm. After four minutes of not being contacted for my appointment at its start time, I tried their phone number and got sent directly to voicemail. That voicemail wasn't ever replied to. I sent them a message on their website's patient portal, this was never replied to. I called their phone number dozens of times at various times of day on various days in hopes of reasonably discussing this topic before taking the whistle-blowing steps which I now have - no one ever answered. I even made an arduous journey to their physical address and it doesn't exist there.

For an association supposedly built to assist those in need - some desperately - it's peculiar that one would be shunned as I'd been after nothing but calm, patient, and transparent interactions.

While your experience may vary, I'd be very cautious when dealing with Kaizen and its associates.

I have been seeing Molly for about 9 years now. She helped me get my hormones under control and properly diagnosed me with PMDD. What a relief it was to understand why I felt the way I did every month! She has also helped me with my anxiety and depression! Very understanding of my issues!
