I was in horrible pain for 2 weeks waiting to get an appointment with our regular dentist when my hygienist recommended that I call Dr Kano’s office. I explained the level of pain that I was in and the office staff got me scheduled just a couple days later. I was literally crying in pain when I got there and within minutes Dr Kano tested the tooth, knew what needed to be done and had the root canal finished within the hour. It was wonderful waking up without pain today!
If you need a root canal, save yourself the time and suffering and just make an appointment with Dr Kano. AAA+

Professional and did a great job of explaining findings and a plan. Felt very comfortable with visit and his recommendations. Staff was very helpful. Fortunate to have his services in this small community

A visit as referred by my dentist resulted in a common sense and experienced opinion with discussion on the next step toward my tooth repair. Dr Kano did not recommend that endodontal work was necessary, which tells me that he is conservative in his decisions. Helpful, knowledgeable, communicative.

Set up an appointment for problems on a tooth that already had had a root canal, only to have the appointment set three weeks out. Date set for 7: 45 in the morning. Seemed early. Got there and nobody was there so I waited! Called the other dentist's office (who I got the referral from) only to find out kano is closed until the 28 wow. Did not get a call fRom anyone telling us they were closed.

I was referred to him by a general dentist, he was Not helpful at all. Just a " come back if it doesnt get better" no idea of what was wrong.i ended up with salivary stones that a MD found. Dentists should be able to recognize and extract them. All my signs and symptoms were classic per the MD.

These people are a joke do not recommend. I had to do all the go-between with insurance when I spoke with insurance they were asking why they were not the ones calling. Obviously not into doing their job. They billed the wrong insurance last time there and sent me to collections with minimal to no effort made to reach out found out from collections I owed. Now they want me to pay out of pout of pocket. Should have listened to my dentist in the 1st they recommended going out of town to eugene or roseburg. Says something right there that the local dentist recommends people so far away knowing this place exists locally.

Dr Kano gave me a root canal and I thought he was delightful. It seems odd to put this observation in the same sentence as "root canal" but he made an ordeal as pleasant as possible.

1 star way too much. Rudest & most ego driven “dentist”? I’ve ever known. Horrible horrible horrible. The front desk lady very nice & seemed to know.the doctor - the chair side? Just leave the area- please. Horrible human beings, not to mention dentistry. I’m not a vindictive person- never write things like this, but this guy - holy moly - needs to NOT to be in practice.

Dr. Kano is very skilled and professional. He is very good at what he does. Friendly and caring staff.

Temporary filling of root canal fell out after 2vdays left with gaping hole in tooth. Called to resolve, Dr is out of state for a week. Great.
