I can get an appointment generally within a week, sometimes the next day when my friends say their doctors are booked out well over a month. Staff is friendly, which is very difficult to find any employees let alone nice ones. They do labs right there and one of the last independent clinics refusing to operate like a mega-company.
Seems like the disgruntled reviews are either misguided insurance issues or straight up third party comments about family members, which is questionable behavior.

I am saddened to hear all the negative reviews for Dr. Kassay. I have had nothing but good experiences with her since early 90s.
