Yeah, she is a real nice lady but. Karen had my listing from Sept-December with zero offers, not even a low ball offer. Further, she brought me a contractor
"She uses" named Oscar Vargas with Vargas Woodworks. He cut completely through the perfectly good gutters in 5 places, destroying them while replacing the fascia board. He hid the fact with duct tape and paint. I made the mistake of trusting his work because Karen recommended him and I payed him without first carefully going over the work done. Now I have to pay to re-Gutter the home. Both he and Karen walk away free and easy.
