Cody is great! I needed a clasp fixed on my bracelet after having a scare with it falling off in a parking lot. I walked in to Kassab and Cody was happy to help me on the spot. He fixed my bracelet at no charge, and he did a great job- it won’t be falling off again! I really appreciated his friendly, helpful service and will definitely be returning to Kassab Jewelers as a customer in the future. Thank you, Cody!

Great experience working with Diane. She helped me get my soon to be wife a beautiful ring and went over and beyond to get my ring on time when we ran into some issues. Dianne was great to work, she made the experience truly fun and enjoyable!

She worked with us while the ring was being created and provided numerous updates and progress.

Kassab took care of the appraisal everything was on time and perfect.

Dianne also helped us select a beautiful 2.67 carrot emerald which is absolutely stunning.

Going to shop there for wedding bans and all future jewelry needs.

We had a wonderful ring buying experience with Craig at Kassab. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and down to earth. My partner and I knew close to nothing about jewelry or diamonds, and Craig made the whole process very easy for us to navigate, while being fun to chat with in the process. We also received a lot of updates on the ring progress as well as follow up calls to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I could not recommend Kassab Jewelers and their team more!

Diane Armstrong will get the job done! She guided me, communicated, and when there was a bump in the road (as there are at times) she went above and beyond to make sure I got the ring that I wanted when I needed it. Bought my wife's engagement ring and my ring there 15 years ago, haven't had anything but am amazing experience since then. These guys are the best, and have always taken care of me! Highly recommend!

We purchased my engagement ring in 1999 at the Kassab Jewelers in Beaverton Oregon. That store no longer exists, but I love that I can take my ring, with no paperwork, to Kassab in Tigard Oregon and have it cleaned. They do really good work! It always looks like the day my husband proposed! Thank you Kassab Jewelers!

I wish we had a smoother purchasing experience. Donna made it extremely difficult and hard to work with and just wanted to basically snake the money out of you. A lot of half truth and I never said that. Will tell you anything just to get a sale. Forget about any warranty, anything you buy is automatically considered as “custom” and your 30day return policy goes out the window. You can’t return or exchange anything without losing a FAT 34% restocking fee. (because nobody ever made a mistake in ordering the wrong size, style or piece of jewelry) nothing better than to hear, “I’m the only customer thats this difficult” from her. But hey! They will give you in-store credit which will leave you no choice but to buy something from their store. After services like that, I don’t want to buy anything from them at all. But here I am with in store credit. All they want is your money. I straight up got bamboozled, lied to and ripped off. Nothing about my purchase experience was pleasant. Don’t recommend. Zero stars for me. Do your research and recommend going somewhere else.

Friendly and professional staff. I first bought an engagement ring from them, and had a good experience so I came back several months later to purchase wedding bands. Great experience both times.

I could not be more happy with my experience at Kassab, my fiancé and I went shopping for engagment rings not really knowing anything about rings or what we wanted. Right away we were greeted with happy smiling faces that were more then willing to help educate us as well as help us find what we were looking for. Kevin helped us out through the whole process and not only did he help us find this stunning one of a kind ring. Pictures really dont do it justice. But he also helped me find the perfect center stone for it and went out of his way to make sure the ring was exactly how I dreamed. Everything about the experience was so perfect and friendlier then any other store we went too. The whole team there is amazing and will make you feel like part of the family.

We picked out my engagement ring and our wedding bands at the Washington Square location. Diane helped us and she was fantastic. Love love love my ring and our wedding bands too! What a beautiful collection. Cody was so nice and knowledgeable and showed me all the perfect pieces.

We had a fantastic experience with Cody and John. We came in to inquire about resizing my wife’s wedding set, and not only did they assist us in getting them shipped out to Tacori for refurbishment and resizing.

While we were there Cody took the time to clean and polish my wedding band so that it looks the best that it has since it was brand new. I didn’t realize that it was possible for the ring to look so good again.

John took the time to show us some beautiful diamonds for a potential upgrade for my wife. All in all it was a highly informative and low pressure process that will likely end in a purchase by us from John and Cody. Outstanding experience and my kudos to the company for hiring and retaining them!
