2 This jerk was in the room with me for about 4 seconds and said she couldn't do anything
Then they had the balls to charge me!
Full price for doing nothing.
To make it worse:
- They knew up front what I was coming in for
- They knew before they called to confirm that they wouldn't help me
- They called and confirmed the thing I needed done, and they confirmed the appointment knowing they couldn't do it.
- They wasted half an hour of my time filling out forms with all sorts of PII that they SHOULD NOT HAVE since they didn't treat me.
Really Kassay: When someone makes an appointment for a procedure that you don't do, the correct response is to say "We don't do that". Not waste everyone's time and charge money for doing nothing. That is not how it works.
Bonus awful: I had actually forgotten to write this review until they spammed me. Yes, unsolicited bulk email in my inbox. C'mon people do better.
I cannot say good enough things about Kassay Family Medicine. Caring, Compassionate, and Top Notch medical care. My husband and I are blessed to be cared for by them.
