I got auto insurance with Mike Kondos when I was 13. A few years later Kathy started working in Mike's office. I won't say how many years ago that was. When Kathy became an agent, of course I stuck with her. As life has changed over the years my need of insurance has also changed. Cars, trucks, rv's, boats, motorcycles, house, renters, life, disability, wife, kids. Whenever there has been a change in my life Kathy has been a part of it. I've had to file a couple claims in my years but it has NEVER been a problem. I called today to make a change in coverage and met Matt. The advice he gave me and conversation we had were so beyond just good customer service that it just cements the fact I will be with Kathy for the rest of my life.and Kathy, sorry for how I drove my Mustang. I remember Donna scolding me

I called them and received no automated message or hold and was helped immediately. Amazing service, not pushy at all, so kind and helpful. I even called one of my friends immediately after I was done and told her to call too. Because at the end of the day, it’s the deals that really matter and we both got great ones!

I normally don’t write reviews but it was really hard not to with this one! I have had the absolute best luck with State Farm they gave me the cheapest rate with everything I needed for my car when I turned 18! Then fast forward 5 years and they still are the same amazing company I started with. Especially Matthew Delgado (The last name is Just a coincidence) he has helped me with so many situations in regards to my insurance needs and he always has all the right answers. He is always willing to go above and beyond and always follows up which is so important! Thank you team Kathy!

I have been with State Farm for over 10 years and I have been very happy with them. Kathy is amazing and does a great job of checking in with me and making sure I know all of my options and that I am getting discounts where I can.

The level of costumer service from this office is just amazing. We have been with State Farm for several year now with numerous coverages and we won't go to anyone else! Kathy and her crew are there for you no matter what you need. They will even call YOU to let you know if there are any savings to be had and they don't bother you about adding coverage or selling you anything you dont want or need. They even check in from time to time not to sell anything, but just to be genuine people who care about their costumers. Who does that? ! They listen to your needs and give you the information about your coverage and ensure you understand the policy completely. I've never been served better by an agent office. Love you guys

My family and i were insured with state farm through kathy and her team for years. Never a consistent bill. Nothing but excuses and false information when questioned. Hard to get them to answer let alone respond to voicemail. Wouldnt cover damages to my home when the time came. What was i paying these guys for? Anyway i finally took the time to switch insurance companies and it was the best decision possible. Dont get tied up with these guys. They are a waste of money and provide a false sense of security with home and auto insurance.

My family and I have our renter’s, car, and life policies through Kathy and we have had an amazing experience. We have great rates and are always taken care of whenever we have questions or need to make changes. Best agency to be with by far!

I was happy with State Farm until they dropped me for using a service I was paying for. So, if you have them, do not use your roadside assistance. And definenty do not get in a accident. Crummy service of you ask me.
