Kaufman's Home Maintenance, Salem OR

My attic stepladder in the garage needed replacing. I scheduled Kaufman's Home Maintenance to replace the stepladder. I was assigned a project manager who helped me select the stepladder and he scheduled the project. Two employees, Loren and Thomas arrived as scheduled. I couldn't drive one of my cars out of the garage because the battery failed. The two workers got a jumper cable and started the car. The two workers did an efficient job and when they were cleaning my garage, one of the workers noticed my florescent light was not working. He asked if I wanted him to replace the light. And I was glad to have him do it. He switched out my florescent light for a much brighter LED light in less than 10 minutes. Such great service. I now have an attic ladder that works, a much better light in the garage, and I was able to drive my car to get a new battery. I can't say enough good things about the service I received.

We had wind damage. The operator, project manager and handyman were all excellent to work with and did a great job at reasonable price. We look forward to using the in the future.

This is a brilliant business concept. I'm a single person and working full-time. Even if I had the time, I don't have the knowledge or skills to do the handyman upkeep of my home. I understand the importance of preventative maintenance. I have used their services and their sub-contractor services on two homes and am a very happy customer. It gives me peace of mind to know that my home is being maintained in excellent condition. I highly recommend their services and believe it is very fairly priced. One last thing, I have the same handyman each quarter so there is consistency and familiarity. Duane knows my home which makes it really nice. Duane is very pleasant, too.

Very happy about the home improvement project done by Thomas from Kaufman's Home Maintenance! Thomas arrived on time and did an excellent job assembling and installing a large tv wall and mounting a tv on it, and also assembling other furniture. He made sure everything was leveled and perfectly aligned, which is so much appreciated! Very grateful to Kaufman's Home Maintenance and look forward to doing other home projects with this company in the future. Highly recommend! A+!
