These guys are absolutely amazing, they checked my oil, clutch, chain, tires and made sure everything was ready to go after having it sit for a long time. Couldnt ask for a better service! Dan is the man!

Kendrick was great at helping me figure out what I need to start riding a motorcycle. I’m sure I would have been looking for a while if he didn’t walk up to me and help. I really appreciate his help

They are rude and do not stand behind there products. I would not buy new bike there or anything else for that matter. I will support shops that support there customers

Oregonians have a reputation for being friendly and helpful, and the folks here at KHM are sure doing their part to uphold those fine human qualities! Kudos and thank you to the whole crew here.

Check this out: KHM's parts department sells these 'must-have' little boxes of assorted metric hardware and fasteners, broadly specific to general types of vehicles.

I got two boxes, and told them that even if they never get opened, the $20 peace of mind is well worth the small price since finding the necessary bolt or screw the old way is typically an onerous chore. And you KNOW how many loose screws there are in this crazy world anymore- So be prepared for WHEN you loose yours! An ideal gift for gear-heads, too!

Had maintenance done on my bike and when I got it back i rode around for 2 weeks and noticed I was leaking coolant! They never put my cap back on after they topped it off…. My coolant is under my front fairings, so I didn’t notice

They replaced the bald rear tire on my VTX 1300 on a day’s notice, had both the tire and the time at a fair price for a traveler in need

I really appreciate the excellent care they took of me and my bike

New bike (z650RS) old helmet. Back in to check out the new gear. Kelly Coulter was extremely helpful and knowledgable in explaining to me my options and in getting the right fit. Selected the Shoei RF-1400, not only great fit and finish but super quite on the road. Thank you Kelly!

I dropped my motorcycle off Tuesday evening to have new tires and new brakes put on. I also asked them to look at a throttle issue that I was having. They told me it would be done Thursday morning. I called Thursday afternoon to see if it was ready and they said sorry they're running a day late it would be ready tomorrow on Friday. I called back on Friday and they apologize again and said that they would have it right away Saturday morning. So I called at 11: 00 Saturday morning and I was told it would be done in a couple of hours and they would call me when it was ready. They called me at 2: 15 p.m. And said it was done and ready for pickup. I drove to Medford to get it and he brought it out front to me with nothing done to it. No tires no brakes and no throttle work. He apologized for dropping the ball and said that they would eat the cost of the labor on it when I brought it back into have it fixed. My question is this, why have me pre-order the brakes and the tires if you're not going to do them? Why call me and tell me that it's done when nothing has been done to it?
Update, they fixed up my bike and did the labor at no charge for my inconvenience.
I met with the owner who seems to be a genuinely nice man and he is a vet! (Thank you for your service sir!)
We talked for a bit and he apologized for my troubles and even tossed in an oil change at a later date. I feel much better about my experience with them now and will try them again in the future.

A long way from home these folks were friends along the way. After two weeks on the road bike needed some TLC, oil, chain inspection and overall once over. Great service, price and conversation. Always great to have your ride serviced by a place where clearly the staff are as passionate about bikes as you are.

Thanks Dan and company.

Luv that KTM of yours!

I've had great experiences with K&H of Medford. I bought my Honda CB500x from them last year after months of coming in and checking out different models to see what really worked for me. The sales team (especially Patrick) were a huge help in helping me narrow down what motorcycle would work best for me and when one came in unexpectedly, they gave me the opportunity to pick it up right away. Once I'd purchased, the service and parts team were very helpful in getting all of the accessories I needed.

Finally, even after the sale, service, and parts, Patrick helped me sell my old motorcycle by giving me great feedback and honest opinions about how to get it moved.

I've been very happy with K&H and can't recommend them enough.

My battery on my Goldwing GL1800 died on my trip. I jumped it off and made it to these guys. They pitched in to test my old one and provide me new battery. Friendly and knowledgeable made the best of my otherwise miserable experience. Thank you!

Updating this to a 5 star. Dan on the service team has continued to take care of any issues I had. If you have any issues, make sure you see Dan. He is very helpful and provides great service. I would certainly make my next purchase here despite the issue noted below.

Sales representatives are great but I have a major issue with one of the service advisors. He provided the worst customer service I've had at any store. Thought it was only me, but I obseved him provide the same service to other customers while I was waiting. KHM, this service advisor should not be customer facing. He is condescending and short tempered. I'm not sure of his name, but he is bald with an ear piercing. I ended up working with your other service advisor instead, which was great! Almost made me change my mind about writing this, but I thought someone should know.

Patrick and team did a fantastic job! Picked up a Honda Ruckus for my father, and the team was able to load it into the back of my Outback. I am very impressed with them and the care they took to make sure it (and I) were safe, they went as far as providing straps so it would not slide whilst braking.

They didn't have one, they told me get in line lol and 6 months later one came in and I hopped in my car and went down and got it, and it absolutely does everything plus puts a smile on my face. 2023 Honda Monkey! The owner and service manager of this store are incredibly kind and accommodating which I am grateful for, considering the appallingly awful customer service I received from one of their sales representatives, Patrick. In my entire adult life, I have never experienced feeling as belittled and mistreated in a customer service situation as with Patrick.

I came to drop my father-in-law's Polaris RZR off for some service he had scheduled. As I came to the counter, I was referred to Patrick to work on the drop off. He hardly seemed like he could be bothered to talk to me, first of all-even in the relatively empty store. Secondly, he briefly, perhaps for a few seconds, glanced outside, over 50 feet away through windows at our Polaris on the trailer and said in a mocking tone with a smirk, "You're really going to drop it off when it's that muddy? " I smiled with him and chuckled, because I thought it was a joke: The Polaris had some thin dirt on the outside, but the undercarriage was clean and free of mud clumps and the engine and shock bodies only had thin layers of dust and dirt on them. He then proceeded to laugh directly at me and said, "No, I am serious, I won't make our guys get under that thing when it is that dirty. You have to take it away from here and wash it. " He then proceeded to chuckle at me and start to turn away. I asked him, "Would you please come out to take a closer look to see if it is really as dirty as you think? " He said, "No, I can see it from here, it's filthy. "

We did take it and get it washed, but after coming back and speaking to the store owner and service manager and showing them photos of how the Polaris looked prior to washing it, they were astonished and apologetic that Patrick turned us away, let alone in such a mocking and condescending fashion. They then proceeded to give me excellent customer service in unloading the Polaris and assured me that Patrick would be "talked to" about his wrongdoing. They mentioned that there is a limit on how dirty or muddy the vehicles can be that they service, but that ours was not even near that cut-off.

I would rate the experience as 1-star, but the customer service and apology from the owner and service manager will bring up my rating to 3 stars. While Patrick remains employed at K&H of Medford, I am going to have an extremely difficult time recommending that anyone go there for service or sales if he is involved. I can assure any reader that his mockery and condescension was a matter of intrinsic cruel, bullying-type personality characteristics and that it was evident he took pleasure in my discomfort and futility in that situation where the power differential existed for him to simply turn paying-customers like us away because of his subjective viewpoint.

I hope that this customer service experience is an isolated incident, but with a bully like Patrick working the front counter that seems unlikely. Thank you again to the co-owner and the service manager, though, for being so caring and understanding.
