Kayo's Ramen Bar, Portland OR

We had the MaLa Garlic Fried rice & umechurri taco. Both were flavorful. Our waiter, Jennifer was eager to help whenever the opportunity. I will come another time when possible.

I stopped in here during the lunch hour and got the Tan Tan ramen it was really good and Jennifer was a great server, she checked on me often to make sure I wasn’t waiting on anything.

Jennifer was super accommodating and felt authentically positive. She did warn us of the spice level and I did venture for the hot, However I did not detect any Szechuan peppercorn flavor featured on the menu - perhaps it was an off-day for the chef. Overall nice experience.

Very friendly staff (especially our server, Teza), quick and efficient service, and of course GREAT food!

Best vegan ramen on the West coast (tan tan ramen, it's a whole different level than the other ones). Jennifer was our server abs she was awesome; she was competent, efficient, and friendly.

The Tan Tan is a must! Perfect flavor and excellent portion size. Our waitress Jennifer was prompt with service and our food was served quickly. A+!

Really great ramen spot, I wish the gluten free noodle was rice based and not zucchini noodles, but it was delicious regardless- that's my only reason for 4 stars.

I really really want to like this place - I work nearby and I LOVE ramen. But I've tried it twice and I can't do it again. My husband and I both think the ramen is unflavorful and just meh. It's a cute spot and it's hopping, so obviously other people like it, and maybe you will too. We just need more flavor!

The food is good. The place has outside area so my friend and I can sit talk loudly without being afraid if we bother others. My friend really likes the pickled shiitake mushroom. I have their signature ramen and love it. Our server Jennifer was very nice. She came to our table frequently even thought it was hot outside. I love the place <3

This is one of my favorite ramen spots in Portland and they always have great food and service. Shout out to our server Jennifer for being super attentive!

Jennifer was an absolutely a joy as a server. Every time I come here I’m never disappointed. If you haven’t been recommended to it already, I definitely recommend the vegan tan tan!
