Awesome place to deliver. My appointment was for 0530, but I arrived the night before and parked on their lot. There is overnight, though no restroom available until they open (0400). I checked in as soon as they were open, and was told they'd call me. I got the call at 0445, and was out at 0515, fifteen minutes before my appointment. It literally took me longer to stand in line to check in (only 3 drivers in the office at a time) than it did to unload.

Backing into a dock for unloading can be a pain if trucks parking directly across from the docks. Try not to park across from the docks - problem is it's unavoidable. Just does not give any room for backing into a dock.
It is a mess at 0415-0430 as every truck is trying to dock at the same time. I arrived night before and they actually don't care for you to be there overnight if not a 4am appt (mine was 0530). Guy checking you in isn't very social and will definitely make a remark about it. As with most places, they really don't care about the drivers time or what they deal with in their day to day. Just trying to make sure I have a full clock today to get home after 6+ weeks away from home (yeah, I know some of you are out for longer, but you know how it is on that last leg home).

I just wanted to let you know how RUDE DRIVER you have. Today, just before noon, your truck driver hugged left lane of I5 for over 5 miles, blocking people to pass.
I cannot find any other way to contact so I'll try this way.

If you park here overnight, it’s only on the northwest corner of the building by the check in office. The other parts of the building belong to other shippers/receivers. Try not to park in front of the docks because it will make it difficult for people to back up when they open at 4am. Park only in designated areas, so don’t block dropped trailers.

Great place friendly people. But when you have to pay they give you a price but then they add a 25 to 30 dollar convince fee. And they can't explain why

It’s a joking coming here they are slowest people working on earth. They don’t care about anything. Semi truck drivers eat well then you come this place.
