Keizer Family Dental reviews
16As always Keizer Family Dental Care was just the best. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful…. And friendly too. Dr. Darcy is amazing. I’ve been going to this clinic for more than 20 years and am grateful for their care.
You are always kind and caring people. Easy to talk with and the doctor and assistances always explain things clearly and full understanding. I thank you so much for allowing me as a patient.
Everyone at the office, everyone was great from the girls at the front desk, to the hygenist, Barb, to the dentist were great! They were all kind and very helpful.
Sweet and gentle cleaning with no judgement. Dr. O and staff are very kind and the feeling of family.
Have been a patient for years and have always got excellent care and the staff are friendly and answer all my questions.
Was a new patient this week- front desk/receptionists were so beyond welcoming, super nice. Scheduling my follow up was a pleasant experience. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and understanding- never felt shamed like I was at previous clinics for imperfect home care. I was told "we're all human" and they were truly there to help. My hygienist was Melissa and she was awesome. I have had some health issues that contributed to not great dental care and as embarrassing as going to a dentist was after that, they only wanted to help. I don't care if they are "out of district" for my insurance- I would gladly pay out of pocket for the care I received. I am excited for my follow ups and to get back on track with their help. Highly recommend!
Welcoming staff! My hygienist was incredible and very personable and knowledgeable of what I needed. Dentist made time to check in and give a thorough exam.
My hygienist was quite friendly and communicated every step she was taking prior to implementing it. All options for additional work were laid out with the emphasis focusing on prevention of future problems.
Don't like going to the dentist, but, everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable! Made me feel comfortable & at ease!
My provider is wonderful. Makes it easy to make apts, is the sweetest. I have recommend everyone to her!
HORRIBLE! I’ve been going to this office for years before the old dentist retired and the new dentist took over. My last visit I was told I had 12 cavities after not going in for almost a year and a half. I was then told my insurance covers hardly anything for fillings. The hygienist I had scolded me numerous times for the laps in coming in even after I told her my father in law passed unexpectedly. They are absolutely scam artists. Not only did I have a horrible experience but my mom was told she needed a crazy amount of work done as well and they said she owed money when she didn’t and when she called to ask for what (as she’s doubled covered) suddenly the cost went from $800 to $50. My whole family left and took our needs elsewhere. Super sad for Keizer and the patients that Mark took care of, so sad to see this go down hill after he left.
Follow up from my appointment at a new place and come to find out I have 1 cavity not 22. Absolutely sickening how they try to rip people off.
Friendly, on time, alerts/reminders helpful, thorough check up. Comfortable place for a dental visit!
Keizer Family Dentistry was able to get me in quickly and
took care of my issue in the same day. They were caring and
professional, I would refer them to anyone.
This practice takes great care of their patients. They give top notch care and are so kind and gentle:) I highly recommend them!
Been coming to this dental practice since before it was called Keizer Family Dental Care. My first dentist, Dr. Copeland was great. Dr. Marc took over when Dr. Copeland retired and changed the name. Dr. Marc was so personal I really enjoyed going to see him even though he was a dentist! Dr. Pak was also equally friendly and fun.
Met Dr. Darcy and her assistant Melissa this morning, both super friendly. They explained what they they were doing and what they found in understandable terms. They left me very comfortable that my mom's selection of this practice over 65 years ago is going to continue to provide excellent care, by very nice people.
I would say I look forward to my next visit, but there will be drilling involved next time, so stand by for an update! (Not worried at all.just like to leave you with a little suspense)!
