This was our second trip in, nothing was said the first time that appointments were required. Lady was rude. If appointments are preferred, there is a nice way of saying it. We quietly looked an the sink my husband picked out and did not disturb her. She didn’t even say goodbye when we thanked her and said goodbye. This place came highly recommended, will not go back. They lost our business and recommendation to others.
