My mom needed a new washer and dryer. Since her dryer was broken, she needed delivery ASAP. Lorenzo and Cody were very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn’t have the washer and dryer she selected in Kelley’s current inventory. They were able to find a pair and arranged for delivery in 2 days. The delivery people were also great. Thank you.

We dealt primarily with Rhiannon. She was extremely helpful and dealt well with our endless questions. The only glitch was, when the new Frigidaire was delivered, the installers were unaware that the water line is supposed to be loose — i.e, gravity feed. A call to Kelly’s solved that problem though. And we’re quite happy with our purchase.

Very poor customer service. Mother in law bought a refrigerator from them. Paid cash and they sold it on her not once but twice! Said they can not refund her money for a few weeks. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! I have talked to Cody there left a message with store manager and no call back. I will not email I will be in tomorrow to pick up the refund. This is no way to run a business!

David answered all our questions and showed the dishwashers that met what was asked for. I'll definitely go there for my next Appliance.

I am so glad that Eugene has an appliance store. Helen was very helpful. She knew her appliances & listened to what I wanted. Delivery was 2 days later & the truck was 15 minutes early! In 45 minutes everything was completed including moving our old refrigerator into the garage & rehanging our front door. The two gentlemen (names unknown) were polite & efficient. I will go to Kelly’s whenever I need a new appliance!

Overall professional, but communication breakdown on their end and they failed to deliver the product or contact us on the expected delivery date.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Received a damaged new refrigerator side by side and the Eugene store did nothing to help! The store manager and person who sold me the appliance, Lorenzo, would not even return my calls! I had to turn to the Salem branch for help! Tammi helped me immediately and three days later I had a technician at my house replacing the water intake valve! Eight days after purchase, I finally have ice and water! I wouldn’t recommend Kelly’s Eugene store to my worst enemy!

Lorenzo went way beyond the norm to insure the delivery went through despite obstacles. He is an impressive person to deal with
