Very disappointed in the service from them my trunk latch broke I brought my car into them to see how much it would be to fix it they wanted $597 I decided to get another quote at Butler Hyundai where i bought my car they wanted $402 which usually they are way more expensive than a AutoShop. Luckily my husband and I just ended up buying the latch on Amazon for $18 and replaced it within 15min super easy. So disappointed with how much they would charge for SUCH a simple fix. These businesses totally rip you off!

I have had nothing but good service from Kellys. I bring my pickup here all the time and they have been honest with me.

I've taken my last 3 cars to Kelly's over the last 5 years. They've replaced timing belts, brakes, done a variety of repairs from major to minor. Their staff is amazing! They stay in communication with you as they work on your vehicle. They do their best to fit you into the schedule when they're busy. They are the only shop I will take my vehicles to.

Took my car in for a diagnostic and repair, and they referred me out to Statewide Muffler because they could do the work faster and cheaper. Major kudos for passing up the money for the sake of good customer service. The shuttle service didn't hurt either.:)

I had Kelly’s Automotive do breaks on my truck, they were fast, helpful and excellent work. It’s hard to find mechanics that are honest and reliable. Go to Kelly’s and you can stop looking. They run their business with integrity, and are above reproach! Highly recommend.

I don’t think I’ve ever come across a small business that cares so much about the community their employees but most of all their clients. Dave and Kelly are awesome people that truly care and try to make everything right and go the extra mile with every experience!

Kelly’s is awesome. I love that they have a shuttle van/car to take you home. And pick you up in. We only have one car and it’s nice to be able to come home and wait. The ppl are so nice there. And I will be going back for car repairs if needed. They even took my fiancé to work for us I mean how many businesses do that. Thank you Kelly’s for keeping me on the road.

Took my car in for diagnosis and a full inspection. They did not even report the drive belt cover is falling off so there is no way a thorough inspection was done.

The person I talked to on phone said my vehicle could be looked at first thing in the morning. I specifically explained I had something I needed the car for later that morning, and they said no problem. I showed up the moment they opened and was told it would be at least a couple hours before they could do anything, and they don't do specific timed appointments. I don't appreciate being lied to and having my time wasted.

Got a quote from this JOKE of a place for a transmission flush over the phone, even told the the year, make and model of the car so my wife took it down there the next day and wanted to charge us $100 more. I do not RECOMMEND this place to anyone

I went to Kelly’s for an oil change four years ago. The customer service was outstanding and I have gone there for everything concerning my cars ever since. They are simply the BEST. Honest, professional and caring. And immaculate! Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Kelly’s for years. I would never dream of taking my beloved ‘dog mobile’ anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond taking care of my SUV so my dogs would be safe, along with myself. Feb 2nd I was hit head on by a felon with no license or insurance. My car was totaled, I have 2 broken ankles. And will be in a wheelchair for months. I texted Kelly’s that our car was gone. I was in the hospital till Feb 21st. Before I could go home. These wonderful caring people sent me flowers, texted me checking on me, wanted to come to hospital to see me. When I got home they surprised me with a goodie basket for me and the dogs! They really don’t know me, but these are the kind of people they are. Everyone that works there is special. Like one big family. I am blessed and grateful to have them in my life

Before I went to Kelly's, I went to two different mechanic shops over a period of six months and paid just over $1,500. Both shops could not figure out the root problem of my vehicle and kept charging me more and more money each time. Finally, I went to Kelly's, and they took their time and diagnosed my vehicle correctly and fixed it PERFECTLY. There is a reason Kelly's has been voted as the best repair shop in southern Oregon 13 times. Their reputation speaks for itself. I will recommend everybody going to Kelly's for any of their car issues.

They fixed something which wasn't the issue, admitted it, and charged me for it anyways. The real issue could've been fixed for less than 300$, as I later found out. But i ended up paying over 1000$. Good reputation, terrible service.

I never write reviews, but I had to after my experience with Kelly Automotive. This was the absolute BEST service I've had here in the area. Very kind, knowledgeable people work here, and their system they use to inform you of the repairs that need to be done (or overall updates on what they've found or recommend with your vehicle) was a 10/10 for me. They sent a text and email that had a link to photos of my truck and comments about what they saw and what service I could select to approve if I wanted it to be done! No hassle, great info, and just an overall relaxing and professional experience. Plus, they diagnosed/fixed the issue incredibly fast for a great and fair price! I even received a nice "Thank You" card from them after the fact. Nice touch Kelly Automotive. I will for sure be back, and I recommend anyone reading these reviews to give this business a try if they provide the services you're looking for. True class here. Thank you Kelly Automotive!
