Great furniture shop with lots of selection both on the floor and from their catalogs. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They also don't "hover" and will let you shop/look while checking in from time-to-time to see if you need anything. Special shoutout to Ashley for guiding us on our journey to upgrade our living room and office spaces!

The customer service was outstanding and I was extremely pleased with the bedroom set I purchased for my twins. I was specifically pleased with Ashley Mathis, who went above and beyond for me and answered all my questions. Her customer service skills were on point, I definitely will be going back in the Future! 10/10!

Two stars for the overall experience of purchasing the furniture to needing warranty work done on faulty electrical. I would like to edit the rest of the original review. After reaching the end of the rope for a warranty repair, I reached back out to Kelly's to discuss the problems with Jennifer in a last resort effort to get help. She was understanding, sympathetic and willing to help with a solution. Even though the whole process was very stressful and time consuming overall, the help from Jennifer made the repair happen quickly. I greatly appreciate the effort, thank you. John

We were just going to “ look around”, but we finish buying a dining set with 6 chairs. The knowledge and kindness of Matthew were amazing. He was so easy to deal with we were impressed and happy. It was our first time at the store, we will back for sure.

Bought a couch from Ashley yesterday and she was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable without the pushiness you get from some salespeople.

My wife and I were in the market for a reclining loveseat. I did quite a bit of research online and was convinced that I would be buying a La-Z-Boy, but my wife convinced me to stop at Kelly's and see what they had. We went to Kelly's first and saw, and were able to sit on, about four different couches that were both the type we were interested in and in our price range. We were greeted by incredibly warm, genuine sales staff, one of whom took quite a bit of time explaining each item to us and was very knowledgeable. We then went down the street to La-Z-Boy. We were initially greeted by a young salesperson who immediately disappeared to "check the computer. " Another salesperson appeared who was rude, arrogant, and dismissive. We looked around the store on our own and ultimately only found two items that matched what we were looking for. Both were incredibly overpriced and had numerous features that were far less than we expected. Long story short we ended up back at Kelly's in less than ten minutes. We ended up with a couch for less money than we had expected to pay, from a local brand we trust, from a local store we trust. I can't recommend this place highly enough and if you're in the market for furniture go see Matthew.he was absolutely incredible.

Ashley Mathist provided outstanding service to assist in our warranty claim on a recliner chair purchase at another store that went out of business. I had been looking for new couches for months- online and in stores. Because of Matthews knowledge of the Stanton line, listening skills and overall great personality- I purchased fantastic couches with confidence and pleasure! So glad I came into Kelly’s!

My fiance and I love this place! The customer service is fantastic. The first time we bought a couch from them, and the second time we bought a living room table set. All with the help of Jake and Ashley. They were great! Super helpful, with exceptional knowledge of the furniture and financing options. Matthew Whiteman met us at the door, and showed us to breakfast room furniture. He was knowledgeable and helpful, even though he had no idea we were prepared to buy quite a bit of furniture.
We bought two chairs, a bed, and mattress. When we go back, we will ask for Matthew.

I was in a couple weeks ago, and Ashley came in on her day off and she was so helpful with getting me the best discount they could offer and brought it down even more. Super painless, easy, and such a great experience! Since then i’ve been there twice both with ashley and she is always great.highly recommend

Kelly's was the only store in town that had what we wanted, and it was available to take home. Matthew was very helpful teaching us how to operate and maintain our new recliner and even loaded in our pickup.

My 70 year old grandparents had a terrible experience with Ashley furnitures manager today.

I am thankful that the representative at Kelly's was so kind, upfront, and honest about the prices of their electric sofas. My grandparents informed her of their frustration next door and she understood them. My grandparents even decided to purchase a more expensive electric leather sofa set just because of how wonderful the sales representative was to them.

Ashley Mathis at Kelly's was very helpful in finding us a dining table and two bedroom sets, including mattresses. Her knowledge and ability to listen to our needs and wants allowed the shopping experience to be efficient and pleasurable. We were quickly and confidently able to choose several pieces that met our needs and tastes. It was especially helpful that she made herself available via text and email so we could do some groundwork with her prior to the in store shopping. She was able to narrow things down for us. We haven't had our items delivered yet (as we are waiting until we move) but she has regularly kept in contact to keep us informed about the status of our order. Her service is appreciated!
