Absolutely the worst agent I’ve ever had. Didn’t do his job for three months which resulted in my insurance being cancelled. If you get him as an agent immediately request a new one. His office staff apparently is as bad at their job as he is considering they were supposed to relay information to him about my policy, took notes and everything, just to not give them to him? I’m not sure if the whole thing is a joke or what. Worst service eve.

Kerry is a personable and friendly agent, knows the insurance business and is always available to satisfy our various needs. We maintain most of our insurance coverages through State Farm and receive many discounts as a result.
He recently worked with us to resolve a few accident claims and also suggested additional coverages that will help us in the future.
Using his services we were able to shorten the claim funding process from a week to one day!
He also helped us establish the appropriate coverages for our new truck while maintaining a helpful and friendly environment.

Bait and Switch practices will not be tolerated. Kerry Oliver himself was telling me about a "flex" service for someone like myself whom drives maybe 25 miles a month.

But there is no said options.
Was offer a rate at $85 for Drive Safe.
But then was retroactively charged an extra $30 because my phones memory capability limits their drive safe app.

I'll be seeking some real people whom actually hold their own words accountable.

in the wild fire.kerry and his team helped get are claim going in a fast timely manner. They were very professional and got it done quick.

Overall, the individuals who I spoke with were very nice. The lack of stars comes more internal office miscommunication. It seems like nobody was on the same page. My partner was told by a staff member to jump through numerous hoops with the DMV and then to reapply for a quote. The hoops we were made to jump through were because my partner had a seizure (not whole driving) and had her driving privileges temporarily revoked until she was cleared by a neurosurgeon. We waited 3 months and then Jumped through the hoops of dealing with the DMV during Covid, which means going in! Making an apt months in advance.short story long - they cancelled our policy after it had been in effect and then offered us a higher rate. They are blaming this on the suspension that they specifically advised us would not matter if we completed the hoops required. We did everything they asked and this still happened. Almost like a bait and switch.being that I work in the same industry, only on the commercial side of things - I don’t find this acceptable. Our MVR report shows no suspensions, at fault accidents or tickets. When asked if they could look into who we spoke with previously that advised us, they basically gave us the run around. Overall, we were excited to try State Farm. In the end, we left disappointed and frustrated. Had they told us from the beginning that our rate would be double the price - this review wouldn’t be posted. My suggestion is to have competent individuals quote policies or to complete an underwriting review before a policy is put into place rather than 3 weeks after.
