Great Branch Manager!
Weve been banking here for 9 years. Our Branch Manager, Megan Reggiani provides a great atmosphere, and terrific service. She recently assisted us for a last-minute notary need and was able to deliver without complications. She is Awesome!
I was calling Key Bank about a problem with my bank account, and the lady that answered my phone call was talking down to me and laughing at me when I was frustrated about my situation. I don't understand how if I go to consumer service for help, they will belittle me and laugh at me. How will that make me want to continue my business with Key Bank? I've been a proud customer of Key Bank for quite some time now, and it's sad seeing the bank in my hometown go downhill. Very disappointed in Key Bank these days.
