I talked to the woman manager about my account. I didn't like the way she treated me. I no longer bank at that location.

This branch is not good, the bank teller Amy is rude she told me I can go to a different bank instead of staying with Keybank. I went to a different branch that was a lot more kind & professional. I recommend going to this branch instead,
