Had a great experience working with William and Chris at Keystone. Highly recommend as a property management company. Fair, fast and on the ball.

My family moved into a unit of Williams that he help us get into quickly due to my wife having surgery for her miscarriage and the unit was covered in dog hair and needed deep cleaning before we could move in. Our first week in July I was taking my wife to the hospital for more emergency surgery which took a few minutes to get her downstairs and out to the car that was parked in front of our units parking and they towed my car at 11: 30 at night and told me I should have called an ambulance that we don’t have coverage for. Absolutely disgusting.
William is the property manager at Keystone real estate he has shown minimal control of his properties, the on-site managers are sloppy and rude. I’ve been exposed to most of the properties in town. Highly recommend any other management company. This review reflects many of their tenants concerns, I got a new number and told keystone of this change, still contacting the old number that’s been diconnected for months, they will use any excuse they can.

None of employees will give a name. Guess you don't need a name for receipt when your handing them your rent $. Then the guy walks off leaving check in the copier. They are rude TOO. I have never been to company that no one wants to give names very shady if ask me. Was paying online then they started wanting processing fees. I'm not trying to spend anymore $ then needed. They also have tried to short my landlord on her portion of the rent. They try to come out w out asking landlord then charge her. Don't do business with this company you will regret it and be ripped off.

I have been renting from them for years now. Always enjoy the level of service and respect they provide. Way better than the last property management company that I rented from. They also make sure any maintenance request is done as quickly as possible. With the payment fee AppFolio charges it which is their payment provider. If you do a debit card it charges you $9.99 and if you do ACH it's $3. However, the ach one isn't too bad if you calculate your hourly worth. The time it would take me to go into their office and do all the steps for an in person payment is worth more than $3.

They are a great leasing company that truly helped me from being homeless I can't ever thank them enough for what they have done

This is the most unprofessional, corrupt and outright unlawful company i have ever had to deal with in my life. Nothing but sketchy people employed and everyone i’ve interacted with there made me extremely uncomfortable.

Keystone Real Estate is nothing but a joke of a company. Unfortunately I was evicted from my home without any notice and was not given my 30 days to retrieve my belongings. The things I could mention about Keystone Real Estate are unmeasurable. I was told by multiple sheriff deputies that I had 30 days to set up appointments with keystone to get my belongings off the property multiple times. Now keystone is claiming that I was only given 15 days. No receipts to back up this claim. I even had multiple employees that work for Keystone inform me that I did in fact have 30 days (before even being told that the deadline was switched to 15 days). Including Stephen Nielsen who specifically told me I actually had 45 days. The few times that we were actually let on to the property, we found the house had completely been trashed and our belongings missing/stolen. I have never seen such a criminal, unlawful, fraudulent, and corrupt business disguised as a real estate company. The foul and disturbing things that we’ve found out about Keystone Real Estate including Steve Nielsen are endless. To anyone who is a tenant being managed by keystone and/or hired keystone to manage their property please look into these people and look at all the criminal records yourselves. Sadly enough, I can name over 20 people who had their lives destroyed by Keystone Real Estate (that I know personally.). Also, we were never told the reason as to why we were getting evicted. Which leaves me to believe this was a no cause eviction. An actual sheriff deputy told me in person “The landlord legally has to hold on to all the items in the house for at least 30 days. ” which I also have on recording. And today on 09/15/23 I was told by Keystone that they had already gone into the home had had started disposing of our belongings. Our 30 days isn’t even up till 09/17/23. If you have been wronged by Keystone Real Estate, let’s all get together and file this class action lawsuit. The amount of pain and loss my family and I (as well as previous tenants of keystone) have been through is immense.

Very unprofessional went through all of our things in our home and took items that did not belong to them had questionable and sketchy people on our property digging through all of our personal belongings and taking whatever they wanted. Broke our things they even went through our deceased family pets ashes looking for valuables claimed a “3rd party” went on to the property and stole items as well I would not recommend Steve or this company to anyone!

Don’t waste your time trying to contact them or view one of their properties. You can call 5 days in a row showing you’re persistent to view a property only for them to refuse to schedule an appointment that’s not same day and then never have availability same day. After awhile they’ll stop answering the phone or returning any calls. Not worth it, you’re better off renting from someone else.

Don't do business with these vultures. Their employees are awful to people. Extremely disappointed with their conduct overall. Just sad.

Steve Nielsen. There's not much to say about Keystone Real Estate other than they are full way crooks. On top of using fear mongering, posting eviction warnings for grass being an inch too long, going to court over them trying to charge me $3000 dollars on top of taking my $1500 security deposit for a nickel size chip in vinyl plank flooring, the list goes on forever. It's a sad world we live in but im even sadder knowing that these humans are still in business. As usual, the good reviews are from the home owners and the disgruntled ones are from people paying the rent. I can't count how many times they have lied. If I had a nickel for every time they did, I might be able to retire by now. Steve Nielsen, I pray for you that you can turn this company around and have some integrity for once, but I won't hold my breath.

Just moving in. So far so good. They went over all the leasing information and gave us time to read it, and also answered questions people generally ask, to give us as much information as possible. The person at the front desk is very welcoming, and my dog loved them. Dogs are the best judges of character. So far, a great experience. If this review hasn't been changed, then expect the same for the duration of us living here!

Phil showed me a property said it was listed at a price which was a mistake it was actually more and he guaranteed me I would get it at the listing price. I go to the office to get the application and the secretary said that there was nothing she could do. The other real estate agent said there was nothing he could do.they wouldn't give me the listing price.unprofessional
