Good place to work, paid weekly work is like challenging everyday but good thing is it's like you work out everyday it will keep you in good shape, so if you wanna challenge your self it's good place to work and they build many different trailers

We purchased a 2022 Keystone 28RKSWE RV back in January at RV show here in Idaho. We have only used it once. That was a disaster, roof leaks in camper. Clothes wet and bed. Looked on roof and caulking was cracked and open spots on roof. Camper has been in the repair shop more than us using it. Repair service said workmanship and quality was definetly lacking. Lots of issues. We believe we have a LEMON. No confidence if it will hold up these next couple of years. $50,000.00 maybe down the tubes. So SAD! Keystone needs to do a better job when it comes to workmanship and quality.

I wish there was a negative review I could give them. Our dream was to own a Keystone Alpine. It has been a dream.a nightmare. I suggest you avoid Keystone all together. The dealer we purchased from stopped carrying them, because of the poor quality, and poor support. Please do not put yourself through the stress.

Their electricians and plumbers must be union, because the only time I've seen craftsmanship so shotty is when it was union work. I've had to go below for three days now, and I am disgusted with what I've seen below. I was an electrician and what I saw would have got me fired. Learn what zip ties are and how wire runs should look. Also, an almost $70k trailer and that's the best craftsmanship that can be offered? ! These "builders" so called, if you can call them that, actually put in the most unlevel horizontal stud I have ever seen in my life. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I am fixing things every other day. I am replacing everything. I just had to do the water heater. Why is this built so cheap, so shotty, when we're paying a premium? Step it up Leystone, get some actual quality control in your factory.

I would give them 0 stars. I bought a brand new cougar fifth wheel. It has multiple leaks. One in the bedroom one the bathroom. It has a hole in the roof that they roofed over. The furnace didn't work, and the electric fireplace didn't work. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and have my trailer repaired. They will not follow up or contact me in any way. At this point no insurance claim will fix damage they are responsible for. Making me the owner of a totaled new trailer.

Horrible customer service, i purchased a new Springdale 298BHWE from a local dealer. Its a bunkhouse, with 4 bunks and a queen bed, sleeps at least 6 adults, brochure says sleeps 11, supposed to have a 60 gal fresh tank, 70 gal gray, and 40 gal black. We take it out several times with empty sewer tanks and a full fresh tank, and every time we go the fresh water gets down to 1/2 full and my gray tank is now full. I call keystone for hours and hours and hours trying to get through and i get no where. So i run a capacity test on my gray tank and come up with 33 gallons pouring 5 gallons buckets down the kitchen sink. I finally get ahold of keystone and their customer service says, "we dont know whats going on, sorry we cant help you. " i talk to my local dealer and ask them what i can do, they say well you can bring it in in 12 weeks when we have openings and we can access the underbelly and check out the tank sizes. I decide i cant wait that long so i hop under the trailer and pull down the bottom liner, and Boom right in front of me is my one and only gray tank with a label on it that says 35 gallons. I call Keystone, and every time i call their customer service rep rudely tells me that they have a disclaimer on the back of the brochure that specifically states something like "components installed on trailer may not match what is noted here". I ask to speak to a manager and they say that wont due you any good as we have a disclaimer on the back of the brochure that say "components installed on trailer may not match what is noted here" so i call my dealer and ask them to work on it for me and it takes them months, and nothing happens so i call keystone again and they say "we have a disclaimer on the back of the brochure that says.blah blah blah you bought it you're stuck with it". I guess i should have know to check the capacity of the gray black and fresh tanks before i bought them.cause thats something normal to do.the customer service was always short, and my measured pleading of saying, i bought a trailer that is 32 feet, sleeps 6 adults, and you're saying that a 35 gallon gray tank is an acceptable amount of capacity? Needless to say they pointed me to the disclaimer on the back of the brochure and told me to deal with it.
