Costumer service is on the clueless side of the street lol lol, andwhat's with there prices. 34.99 for an 8 piece bucket meal of chicken that's a lot of money sides of four bucks a piece that's ridiculous it wasn't for the coupons all the senior citizen around here would be broke step up your game KFC.

Love the Classic Chicken sandwich! Cooked perfectly here and very tasty. I definitely recommend this location!

Chicken quality is so inconsistent. It's a crapshoot whether your food will be fresh. Cole slaw is my husband's favorite. Service has always been friendly and efficient.

Amazing service and inviting atmosphere, it’s clean and friendly, polite staff. I had to grab food quickly while stopping by on my drive up the freeway. Very glad they were open and able to provide a delicious meal quickly and affordably. Better than the other options around this area.

Great service, my order was out in the time it took me to fill two drinks. The food was hot and tasted fresh.

Got bucket of Chicken and sides to have our dinner at the Newberg Drive-in Theater while waiting for it to get dark so the movie could start. Perfect!

This location has always veen pretty consistent in terms of service speed and quality, however the last few times I've visited have shown a rapid decline.

On my most recent visit the chicken was so excessively greasy it made me feel physically ill - even the gravy tasted like someone had dumped a packet of seasonings into old fryer oil.

Overall an unpleasant experience.

Love the mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. Do delicious. Excellent for lunch. A little pricey but worth it. Cashier was very nice.

I ordered 6 pc wings with dipping sauce but only get 5 pc in the box (no sauce). Food is good but better check it before leaving the store.

Rude customer service. With our mashed potatoe and gravy there was very minimal gravy on it. We have ordered this many times before and had never been an issue. However, they skimped on the gravy. Riley made us pay an additional 1.99 for gravy. Gravy that was suppose to come on the mashed potato we already paid for.

Prices are higher, but great service and great attitudes! I love this KFC! Their pot pie is to die for every time!

Typical KFC it is one of my favorite places to get a Classic chicken sandwich. This particular place was very slow in the drive through, but it was partly the fault of the car in front of me. The driver through attendant and the driver struck up a friendship in line. Caused the food to come out cold.

Again, the chicken was right on the order, but the sides were wrong. Either they were too busy chatting or not able to comprehend. Praying almost $47 for dinner covering 5 was a decent cost. But it seems like very little attention is getting progressively common for a once customer focused franchise.

I ordered a 3 piece original chicken but got a 5 strip meal instead. And it was so so. I was going to check what I received before I left but thought, no, they will have gotten it. So big takeaway is, check to see that they have you what you ordered before leaving.
