Always gets the orders wrong and gets attitude when u tell them.and they can't make a root bear float if there life depended on it

Honestly the best KFC I've ever been to. Been in Portland for about a year now and every time I go to this location, the food slaps, the people are super nice, and it comes out fast. Keep it up!
The people that work there are very nice. And, the food is great. It's never been dry or over cooked.
The employee who was taking my order was rude and obstinate over the definition of ala Carte and I doubt she even passed high school. After a half dozen attempts to order two ala cart tenders she would only allow me to buy three. I even had made a test order off their online app where I was easily able to order two single tenders (the definition of ala cart is individual) but she could not understand and thus I was forced to order three, costing me extra. This restaurant needs to hire smarter people, at least those who have passed basic language skills.
I was very pleased with the gentleman by the counter, he was very helpful and polite.
The things that was off compared to the Romanian KFC, some of the chicken servings were huge causing the coating to come out.
Their chicken bowl didn't taste good and it had no corn in it I was kinda disappointed with this kfc location
The food was purely nasty. They screwed up our order - the chicken taste stale and the sides were smelly as well.
Never coming back to KFC.
We stood there for about 3 minutes while all the employees avoided looking at us. Then finally someone comes to the register. YAY!

Stop in there last Friday and the manager was on his own up front and drive thur. But he held it down. Great manager. 82 Powell blvd.
I went here just to get fries and it was good but the worker they didn’t wear gloves at all, I saw this one worker with a gloves on and he touch his hair then he touch the food like at least change the gloves that is so gross this place need to shut down
Well I downloaded the app this time and it seems to have worked a little bit better. Unfortunately, there's no way to customize no ice for your drinks - the virtual assistant is useless it claimed I had no active orders. When I put it for 4 plates, it listed only one, still needs some more work.
