Why does your A&W Root Beer taste bitter like diet Root beer? !
I drove out of my way for a good sweet and creamy A&W Root Beer and this is not what I received. What I got is disgusting.

The chicken tenders were rubbery and tasted like compressed meat. When McDonald's did chicken tenders, back in the day, those were better than what I received today. But I could have let that slide if not for the nasty A&W Root Beer I received.

Tried the chicken tenders for the first time. They were the worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten anywhere. Not only were they very small but almost tasteless.

Honestly, I can't believe I am writing a revue about KFC. It's KFC, if you don't know what it tastes like etc.by now then no review is going to help.
The chicken itself tasted fine, just like KFC. The issue was the size of the pieces. The 2 thighs were literally the same size of the tiny wings. I put a quarter in the photo to give a reference. I honestly thought the thighs were tiny wings when I pulled them from the bucket. Not large wings, but tiny wings because they were so small.
Tasted fine, but not worth it. I've never seen such small pieces before in my life. The breast pieces were normal, not large or small. But the thighs.this chicken skipped leg day.

Can you tell the 2 thighs from the wing?

Delicious fried chicken! Lost one star because they got our order wrong and we had to wait. And the ice machine in the lobby was out of ice too.

Used to come somewhat often for lunch, but over the last 6 months or so every time I’ve gone they have either screwed something up or completely forgotten part of the order. I think I’m done with this location.

Great food and staff. The location is a little dated and needs a touch up. Price was a bit high ($10.49 for papa burger, fries, and soda) but that's the way all fast food is headed.

Fried cheese curds were off the chain, root beer is always cold and delicious. I also got a mini chicken sandwich and the flair was great but the texture left room for improvement. Would definitely eat here again.

Fabulous Classic Chicken Sandwich? ! Cooked perfectly juicy and tender just as advertised! I had the combo and all was excellent! Definitely recommend this location!

If I could give zero stars I would. I know KFC quality has plummeted in the last few years but this was the most disgusting food. The chicken was either very old or overcooked. Could not chew the white meat and I have good teeth! Even the mashed potatoes seemed reheated and old. The Cole slaw was just on the edge of needing to be tossed. We did not get our biscuits but that is probably a blessing. I asked for a receipt. Didn't get that either. Got chocolate chip cookies that were the only edible thing in our 36 dollar bag of food. I don't recommend this KFC at all.

This is the second time I've had issues with my order. Made a point to ask what doing sauce I wanted for my fries, but forgot the fries

My food was hot and fresh. I had to pull around and wait after ordering but they where very quick. The cheese curds where perfect.

Man KFC has really gone down hill, not even worth going and grabbing anymore. The Sherwood location is always out of stuff and if you go through the drive thru almost a guarantee they are forgetting something. We ordered the corn dog nuggets, had to wait "for them to cook" as we were driving away took one to eat and it was stone cold inside. Turned around and went back. They treated me like i was lieing then they took mine and through them back into the deep fryer to heat up, and have them back. I'm pretty sure there's some sort of regulation against that with the health department. Never again!

Good chicken. Good fries. Cream worthy biscuits. But they didn't give us any honey or butter. Our napkins looked pre used, put ice in a drink that we asked for no ice in. This particular time the chicken is a little rubbery.

Drove from Wilsonville, about a 45 minute round trip. I was excited to see no one in the drive thru because it is usually busy. I placed a large order and was surprised how quickly my meal was prepared. One huge bag of food, smelled so yummy. Hurried home to feed the people. Once I laid out the feast realized I was missing two chicken sandwiches, two large gravies, and a large fry. The fry alone is $6. Called multiple times with no answer. Frustrated already, but more frustrating when it says they are experiencing lower than normal business. All I really want to know is, did they forget it completely or just forgot to give it to me. I was charged $67, but shorted almost $20 worth of food. Next time I’ll drive to Canby.

The hot wings were not spicy they were not they were not hot wings and they were heavy breaded and no flavor at all and the fries were not good they were cold and really soft soggy and the chicken strips were hard the drink was watery the mac and cheese was really nasty the biscuit was hard this was just an overall horrible trip and I would not recommend this KFC a&w to anyone and their ice cream machine was out of service it was just ridiculous I will not be visiting the store again

It's KFC. Most of the food taste really good but it's nothing special. The new Beyond Nuggets (plant Based) are REALLY good too.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. The last 3 times I have been here and ordered a bucket of chicken I received old, heat lamp chicken and not ONE Piece of white meat all legs and thighs. And horrible heat lamp strips At $30 a visit I expect better. One time I will let it slide, but 3 times is a row is ridiculous

When to purchase the 10 piece $30.00 fest on 11/11 at about 2: 30 PM. Meal is advertised to include 10 pieces of chicken, large mashed potatoes, small gravy, large coleslaw, 4 biscuits, 4 chocolate chip cookies, and a bucket of soda.
Received meal from the drive through and left. While in HWY 99 traffic realized no soda. Had to return to get soda. Once home noticed soda only 3/4 full, only 9 pieces of over cooked chicken and no cookies?
We did not receive a receipt so I looked up the phone number on the internet. Called to 10 plus rings without and answer other then a recording to enter your code?
I would like to give KFC the chance to make this right but we drove 15 plus miles through 2 towns to get KFC. It would also be nice if the phone number on the internet for the store was answered?
Recommendation do not leave until you check every item!
