KFC, Gresham OR

I went thru drive thru. Barely heard them. Order taker EXTREMELY RUDE. 5: 15 Thursday out of Mac and cheese (didn't want that) but was TOLD we were Only getting potatoes and gravy as sides for our $42 order. Now pull forward. Lady at window SUPER SWEET. Get home biscuits hard as rocks.not a joke. I look in the bag for a receipt. None. I call 6 times. You pick a number for what you want just rings and hangs up. I don't have TIME.nor energy on a 94 degree day, grandkids back in a hot car to toss these hockey picks at them.so I'll review here and call corporate. DONE WITH YOU GRESHAM KFC I'll DrIve all the way to 122.instead of the 5 minutes it takes to get to you.

The price of the individual meals is dis-proportionally high in relation to the small portions, but the food is ok. The pricing of the family "bucket" meals makes far more sense.

Service was very slow. Took over ten mins to get food once I ordered it. Noone was ahead of me. Can't understand was it took so long chicken was ready didn't need to wait for fresher.

The food quality has dropped so low I couldn't even eat the chicken! The still love their biscuits which is the only reason for the two stars.

The Lady that took my order was very unpleasant and honestly very rude from the start. I asked for ranch and ketchup to dip my chicken tenders in and she gave me honey BBQ. I went back through and she basically threw the ranch at me with a disgusted look. About 7 hours later me and the person I ate there with started feeling very sick. Fever, Muscle aches, upset stomach, diarrhea and dizziness. I called to ask what the deal was and the lady who answered told me food poisoning takes 48 hours to affect a person, when in reality it can take as little as 1 hour. The lady then hung up on me. I am very disillusioned!

KFC is the classic fried chicken franchise. Know for the original 11 herbs, and spices, the restaurant has grown to offer a variety of choices from a large menu. From buckets large enough to feed a an entire family, to a single meal for a quick lunch break, they have something for everyone.
My favorite lately has been the famous bowl?
They do chicken right.

It hasn't been the greatest for us the last three or four times we visited. They've been inconsistent with the mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes they say they can add a little extra gravy on the individual mashed potatoes and gravy. Other times they say they can't because they already fill it all the way so there's no room for extra. They could have given a little extra gravy and a little less potatoes and it would have worked. Then ordered a pot pie meal, #15, but was given a famous bowl meal that had a weird looking piece of chicken. Like an overdone almost burned, skinny, shriveled chicken strip. Totally inedible. Then sometimes they're friendly, other times indifferent, and every once in a while a little rude. If it weren't for that pot pie, I wouldn't go back. I just don't order certain things now. I recommend the pot pie. It's to die for.

Ok KFC isn’t a five star restaurant. It’s kind of my secret girlfriend from the wrong side of the tracks that I connect with on a deeper level that friends and family can’t endorse. I love fried chicken. There I said it.

I try not to eat it more than a couple times a month. It’s overpriced but not if you take the time to find the specials. For example Monday nights are 50 cent wing night. No you don’t get to meet Fifty Cent there but you can get 20 wings for 10 bucks.

That’s not the reason I gave this KFC a five though. I just moved to Gresham from 129th and Glisan. I used to go to the KFC on 122nd and Glisan. Three months before I moved I boycotted. I’m sure nobody noticed. I was hurt because I would go there and the people that worked there were typically miserable and sometimes overtly rude. After the last straw I quit going there. Couldn’t stand spending money when someone sighs when they see me. Just doesn’t do much for my appetite. Anyway, I moved to Gresham and checked this KFC lifting my boycott on a probationary basis. I went in and BOOM I heard what I wanted to hear. “Hello welcome to KFC, what can I get you.or do you need some more time? ” Very nice lady. She took my order, joked around about something but not to the point of, ”alright leave me alone. ” And, the food was out quick. Been back there twice breaking my “couple times a month” rule.

We arrived at KFC and to our amazement the manager chelsy took to making our experience a memorable one with good food and good sevice I've been to a lot of different KFC's but never had such a great experience I highly recommend it if your in the mood for some good fried chicken.

I went in this evening and there was a assistant manager by the name of Christina and I had a little issue I had gotten the wrong order and she was very nice she had no problem with making my order right but there was something more that really stood out about how she handled my issue and that was she made it very clear how it's important to her that customers return I don't hear that very often what I have heard from other places is well we will replace your order but they never respond with how important it is to keep customers coming back thank you KfC and I would like to give Christina the asst manager a special thank you for her outstanding customer service because her name spells excellent customer service.

I ordered from doordash and they got something wrong on my order but told me next time I come in they would replace the whole meal. I was very satisfied tonight that I went through and remembered I had a free meal and the manager was very nice. Both people I spoke with handled the situation with much care and helped make the process a lot easier on me. This is true costumer service, everyone messes up sometimes but to make it right and handle the situation with care and respect is what’s important

Love going here I got five Masters potatoes & three gravies where's the other two? Instead of my other mac & cheese & a coleslaw. I ordered two fill ups comes with three sides each Fill they gave me seven sides all together but it wasn't what I wanted.

The food was hot & fresh, and tasted fine. However, when I asked about any specials/coupons none were offered for the food I ordered. The next day I found coupons for the food I ordered. I could have saved about $10.00 on my order if I was given those discounts. This is the reason for the low score.

I love fried chicken, but it was kinda greasy & tasted like it had been cooked hours ago & placed under heat lamp. Expensive

Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were only filled 3/4 the way. Some of the chicken was over cooked. The coleslaw was dry, (which is not the way it has ever been). Containers thrown in bags like someone was being timed, and gravy all over inside. Not happy: - (

Haven't had KFC in years. The Latino gentleman working drive-thru was very friendly and made the experience memorable and had great customer service. Food was quick, hot, and delicious. I recommend their fries over any where else.

Do NOT order online from them. They cannot get an order right at all! How can you charge 7 bucks for 2 chicken breasts and send 2 biscuits instead? I gave them more than 1 chance, I know mistakes can happen, but each time? I am thankful for the refund and would dine in if possible but never taking a chance ordering delivery again.

Terrible. Chicken strips were thinner than my small finger and about the same size. They were dry and chewy. The menu board says 2 sides but they only gave us one per meal. The biscuits were cold and crumbling. The sweet tea was watered down. We called to complain and were told to bring back the food however traffic was terrible and it would have taken over an hour to make a round trip. We ate the mac and cheese then made food at home. What a waste of $20

Ordered $30 fill-up, supposed to get bucket of chicken and bucket of tenders and also ordered an 8 pc meal got shorted tenders

Terrible experience! The person who took the order was less than pleasant, he cut me off a couple of times in addition to being very abrupt. I asked for potato wedges having forgot they switched to french fries and instead of informing me of that or offering an alternative he rudely stated "we don't sell wedges. " At the window he quickly took the money and shorted me $4 change and never asked or provided an opportunity for me to ask for condiments. Once home I found out that the kids meal was missing the juice and the chicken little that was ordered had a bun as hard as a rock. To say it was a disappointing trip would be an understatement. It did, however, guarantee I won't be going back anytime soon.
