18Food is always fresh and delicious. I do wish they double checked the orders. Almost every time we visit we have to go inside because they forgot something, or gave us the wrong kind of chicken.:/ they are always fast to fix it. Just annoying.
It was actually pretty decent this time and we got all our food the service wasn't the best but hey it is what it is.
We either had old chicken or overcooked chicken. It was tough and one of the "extra crispy" thighs had a large part of the skin that had no breading and looked and felt like leather. It was not edible.
We order the 20.00 box a few times a month and this time, we received no dipping sauce, no honey, no butter. It sucks to drive al the way home and find out. Yes we did ask for it too.
None of the cooks were wearing gloves while preparing and sending out food. Eat here at your own risk!
I just discovered their macaroni and cheese bowl! It is delicious. With a coupon it's only $4.99. They will not accept expired coupons even if only expired by a day. Without the coupon their prices have gone up significantly, as have many prices at restaurants.
Took dinner to go was alright there just didn't seem to be much meat on the chicken. Very nice and fast service.
The food and service were great.
Price went up again. $30 for an 8 piece meal is crazy with 3 other places close by that sell 8 piece meals for half the price
This is the worst store I have very ever been to. I was the second customer and arrived at 10: 30, waited for a #1 (breast & wing extra crispy) for 30 minutes. There were only 2 working. When I got home it was a leg & a thigh original recipe. The only thing they got right was cold slaw instead of potatoes. I called the manager who s
eemed totally uninterested but offered a coupon for a free meal. I agreed. It never came. That so called manager sounded like she was 15 years old. Those 2 poor employees were trying their best while she sat on her rump hidden away in an office. I used to love KFC. Unfortunately, I don't know if I'm going to go back there. I wish corporate would step in to correct their management issues.
Service was fast and friendly. Got a bucket with coupon, they happy to help. Chicken at this location was really good. My only misgiving is, mashed potatoes portion could have been larger, as in the passed. But overall, very happy, will return.
Just to let you know ur not supposed to pass food over counter after you handed it out how do you know that person didn't have covid or something it's a health Violation.
The double down is back and it's my favorite item on their menu. I've waited a long time for it to return and was not disappointed in the quality or quantity of it.
We went to the drive-thru and ordered over $50 worth of
food they messed up our order we called them they hung up the phone on us and told us to contact their corporate office but never gave us a number told us to look it up online I was met with hostility and treated horribly. We were told that we should have looked through our bag before we left to make sure our order was correct. Told us that we were lying about what we had received. I've never been treated so horribly by a supposed manager who wouldn't even give us the correct information on who to call to report the information
Taylor at the drive thru is very friendly and personable and made me feel like coming back again tomorrow with their customer service skills. Food was prepared great as always as well. Thanks!

I don't usually have high expectations of fast food. However the Olympic st KFC is so slow. We ordered our food in the drive thru at 2: 15 and were asked to park in front. At 2: 40 and we went in to check on it, they gave us some of the order but we had to go back and get the rest. I understand the shortage of employees, however my daughter applied here and followed up on her application and they told her they weren't hiring. So. What's the deal here?
New KFC wraps are a disaster at this location, giving 2 star because the rest of the order was ok. Needless to say, I don't think Harland Sanders would be happy.
The level of care I received was deplorable. A spicy chicken wrap made from the Manager herself. To say it was sloppily made would be an understatement. I gave 2 stars because she gave me a refund. But extremely disappointed with the apathy in preparation of my food. It was disgusting. Needless to say I'm done with KFC in general after this experience. They used to be good.
