Considering I'm a return customer and I come here all the time I was having a little bit of a hard time and I was having to pay with rolled coins dimes to be specific the manager opened the dimes count it out what he needed and then proceeded to give me back my change in dimes my thought was you're an open business that uses change you know that they would just use them I understand that maybe not from everybody but I am a repeat customer I come in there maybe once or twice a week usually and then on top of all that the manager was completely rude and condescending food was good but everything was a disaster so I don't know I might not be going back

Worst place to eat inside. Took 15 min to order and 35 min to wait on even getting the food. Another 5 min after we got food to even get utensils

Waited 20 min for food, had to leave. The Pepsi fountain ran the whole time, customers had to yell at the 2 employees repeatedly till they came out and tried to shut off at the machine

Received food quick but I paid 10 bucks and received 6 tiny bites of chicken. That's not cool.

Used drive through in about 10 minutes total and staff was friendly and food was hot & good. Always a favorite when company's over.

We ordered the Mac and cheese and he said it was a 10 minute wait so he gave us commentary drinks for our wait. Good food and customer service. Big shout out to MJ who was our server.

Took one bite of my famous bowl and pulled 3 strains of hair out of mouth. Will not eat there ever again!

It's a KFC The chicken nuggets are better than anywhere else, but you're But you're better off getting the chicken strips for the same price. Love the chicken strips.

It's great! It is important to know that Harlan Sanders shot a fellow over a gravy recipe and was probably completely out of his mind. He never cooked a chicken and mostly sold franchises. He renounced his citizenship and finished his life in Canada. If they had sovereign citizens back then he would have been one. He went to his grave without revealing the secret herbs and spices. So not only crazy but stubborn.

Terrible customer service and willing to lie to your face to serve a person who clearly ordered long after you did. Advise anyone to just take the extra drive to another location.

Food was cooked great and had perfect flavor however the potato wedges we're off, tasted like half of them were old and just mixed in, when I mentioned it to a staff member, they blew it off.

*Update*
Drive through doesn't register lifted trucks so you have to drive up to the window and wait for someone to notice, also my chicken little buns were stale and the famous were not even got enough to melt the cheese

The experience had been spotty at best (however some of the problems were because of me, and my ridiculously large orders) yet the last visit was thourghly enjoyable. The gentleman that was working drive-through was a credit to the job. I will continue to be a patron here.

Used mobile app to order, arrived at pickup time, and was told that mobile orders were pickup inside only. By the time I was assisted, I was told that I had another 20-minute wait. Probably will not return to this store, would have given 0 stars if able to.

Ordered online only to have it take over an hour! Horrible customer service. Refused to cancel and give money back even though they hadn't started the order. Never again
